I hope you’re right. By all accounts Champagne Fever isn’t quick enough, so if Clonbanan Lad needs soft ground and Moscow Mannon doesn’t, I’ll be very happy.
March 7, 2012 at 00:13 #395095Reports from previews apparently saying Jessica Harrington very sweet on her bumper horse Jetski.
March 7, 2012 at 00:49 #395097Yup, loves him. Has nice ratings & gets a 7lb allowance, but otherwise way behind Moscow Mannon & co.
March 7, 2012 at 01:06 #395098Jezki
They even misspell it on their website
March 7, 2012 at 01:37 #395099You can see all the Irish bumpers on ATR; fantastic service
March 7, 2012 at 02:34 #395100New poster but long time reader here so be gentle

Nap: Long Run – Obvious I know, but the lack of depth in the race, Can’t see Kauto beating him over an extra 2furlongs up the hill. Only other chalengers I see are Wierd Al (Who’s form you can pick apart a bit) and Midnight Chase who has the best part of 20lengths to make up on Long Run from last year.
EW: Overturn – 33/1 is an insult for this horse when you look at all the races he’s won. He’s an honest genuine horse who’s job won’t be to make the pace for Peddlers Cross this year and I don’t see more than 3 horses passing him.
Lay: Boston Bob (Albert Bartlet) Given the price he is, I’m yet to be really convinced by him yet. A lot of the favs have very strong claims this year so to pick one to lay it would probably be him.
Handicap Plot Horse: Our Mick 20/1 – JLT Speciality Chase. Like most the 3mile races chases this year, this one looks weak. Our Mick has looked in his last couple of runs like he needs the step up in trip. Carrying a nice weight under 11stone I’m sure this race will suit him and can see the little grey at least running in to place money and having a very good chance of winning it.
March 7, 2012 at 08:42 #395109NAP – Sizing Europe, he can only beat himself!
EW – Weird Al, right yard now and form looks good enough
Lay – Long Run and Kauto Star
HCap Plot – Has to be Divers!! But Sivola de Sivola too
Dark Horse – Horatio Hornblower in the bumper, just check out his debut run and quiet ride!!
March 7, 2012 at 13:35 #395174So what? Hairy Molly ran in, and won both, 2 Bumpers he ran in pre-Cheltenham over 2m 3f.
Missed That also ran in, and won, a Bumper over 2m 2f.
Were all their wins with Heavy in the going?
