The good news is that Zombie Matron has no teeth so is unlikely to cause much harm if trying to bite you
He has sucked people to death before including a fair few members and they say the forum is quiet well blame Matron for that but I won’t mention that on a family forum
especially not on a thread of the year contender
oh I’ve said to much already
good night and Merry Christmas…

December 26, 2019 at 10:20 #1478072Billy my lad…. too many meetings for me to get interested in today, visitors due within the hour and I really am lacking the motivation to get involved today…. maybe tomorrow. Good luck if your gonna be playing…..

December 26, 2019 at 10:55 #1478075There are days such as today MrE which really should be called a day of rest!
I will have a look in the little spare time I have and see if anything jumps out.

December 26, 2019 at 11:13 #1478076Two for Friday in Oz.
Let me start by once again showing the door to the outsider of the day: – BATTLEGROUND R5 Gosford

However here are two of much interest: –
BLOW TORCH – Gawler R5 @ 11/8
TROODLES – Gawler R4 @ 5/2 and said to be the pick of the day.

December 26, 2019 at 17:25 #1478139I am unsure of my domestic arrangements and because it is very possible they could clash with my Australian racing bets my arm is twisted into placing bets earlier than I would like and this is where the time differences between here and there really do mess with my head.
Nevertheless I must do what I really must do and so here are some very early bets for Saturday: –
Eagle Farm – Race 9 MULTAJA @ 4.4
Ascot – Race 7 ARTIC STREAM @ 2.2
MULTAJA is the sole (so far) Best of the Quaddie singles.
There may be more to come but if not, these are the bets to get stuck into

December 26, 2019 at 19:57 #1478154Hi Bill….. why don’t you start posting them for January???…. we’ll be three pages further on by then and nobody will go back and have a look, they probably don’t even look anyway.
Nathan appears to be fascinated watching you playing with your things down under and I’m feeling a bit left out…. so let me join you in the warmth of the Southern regions and tempt you into parting with a bit of pocket money on the following….
Race 3 Beaudesert… Christmas Creek…. LOST… (2nd)…
Race 2 Geraldton… Our Mate Boots…. LOST… (2nd)…These should help ease any pains away after you visit Matron…. I think he needs a bit of advice from a more knowledgeable person than myself and hearing that your somewhat experienced in all things blue, there’a always a chance that you can talk Matron down from that Viagra high that he’s experiencing at present. It appears that he’s an early riser (his words, not mine) and at his age that can be uncomfortable, I have suggested to him that it’s not always water problems, so in that respect, I am assured that you can help him. Nathan was going to undertake the job, but he got frightened off when Matron told him that he had to work a week in hand….

December 26, 2019 at 22:21 #1478161I do get a little ahead of myself sometimes MrE but we were thought to be on our way to Norfolk but plans get changed and delayed.
Anyway, good luck with these and knowing of your high strike rate with this idea I am sure there will be a profit to be made should you decide to continue posting.
CHRISTMAS CREAK is very appropriate for this time of year but did you know BEAUDESERT is also the name of a village close to Stratford upon Avon?
Not a lot of people know that!

December 26, 2019 at 22:38 #1478162Well stuff my pockets full of socks and start calling me Big Boy…. I’m totally gabberflasted to find you still in first place Billy, in that knicker wetting competition entitled “Fred of the Ear”…. the guys (or gals) on here must liken it to the manly magazine called “The Rustler” or perhaps they enjoy the chat about your entering details about Down Under, but I would think the others would prefer to get those sort of statistics online, lets be honest here old mate, 84 is a bit old to go bragging.
Looking at the faith these guys are putting on you (all 5 of ’em), I think that the best you can do is to repay their faith….. no, no Bill, not by showing us Down Under, I’m sure that we all have had our fill of that (except Nathan, of course)… but repayment in terms of increasing their pocket money. You need to try harder (hard, harder???… I can’t dodge the euphamisms), but you really need to give these guys a few quid in there pocket from the flow of winners that’s about to descend on them…. I’ve got faith in you Bill my lad, you have more systems that I can wave a stick at…. fill us with abundance Bill, satisfy our desires (not Nathan’s of course, he’s in another world)…. let each of our banks ejaculate…. ?????….. sorry, escalate, so that 2020 becomes a milestone in the betting fraternity….
OK, is that enough motivation????…. over the top maybe????…. Nathan and Matron put me up to it…… and yes, once again you’ve caught me out, I MAY have had a little dram…. (or two)….

December 26, 2019 at 23:01 #1478164I’ll tell you what I might do my little Willy, I might just put my Aussie selections up here alongside yours, let’s see who’s got the biggest (selections), it could be an interesting concept plunging my Aussie selections with my UK selections, what a mishmash that’s gonna turn out to be, but I tend to think that it might be interesting and make this thread go astronomic if it works…. horses from two hemispheres joined up to make profits whilst your awake and whilst your sleeping.
I would prefer to adopt a staking plan (which I already use myself), but I think the fairest way is to use level stakes and anyone daft enough to follow can bet how they want to without guidance. If they consider our approach is crap, then they can LAY as per Matron, but if past results are anything to go by, then betting WIN or PLACE would do quite well. I really don’t know for how long I can keep posting, at 77 I need to walk away and take a breath because it all gets on my tits sometimes, but I think it’s worth a try.
On my UK picks, they are all based on selections made from my database (same one as RAB123 if he’s still around) which I still think is the best out there…. hiccups abound in the early days, but it is MOSTLY faultless now. It selects where the winners SHOULD come from, but it doesn’t get it correct a lot of the time, there is still a need to be picky…. but I’m willing to plonk ’em down for awhile and you guys can pick and choose…. I will continue to bet them all.
Lets TRY and get this moving Billy…. and for heavens sake, put a petticoat on under that skirt, it really is revolting….

MrE
Edited for smelling…. sorry…. spelling…..

December 27, 2019 at 12:41 #1478203Wakey, wakey little Willy, are you still in sleepytown or is Matron lying on your nightshirt…..
Lots of meetings in Oz today and my system provides 10 selections, too many for me, so, because I want to include place accy’s, I’m looking at those that I think stand a better chance…. now watch me mess this up….
NE14OZGGS….

Race 6 Scone… Constanzia…. 3rd…

December 27, 2019 at 14:58 #1478219G’day MrE, I am more than happy to continue posting but I am unclear as to your proposal but whatever it is I am up for it.
Before I continue with Saturday selections, now I have all the required information I have noted there is racing at SCONE and you may like this little nugget of information. SCONE is known as the horse breeding centre of Australia and therefore known as the Horse Capital despite a small population of circa 4.5K. There is the SCONE Festival in May, the highlight being a prestigious SCONE CUP but the festival boasts as one of the most valuable meetings in Oz.
I have already posted MULTAJA . 2nd & ARTIC STREAM . 2nd and here are another 5: –
Too many? – TOUGH!
SIESTA KEY – Scone R7 @ 5/2 . . . . . . . . 2nd
COOPS STAR – Stony Creek R2 @ 2/1
ARKAM ASYLAM – Gilandra R1 @ 13/10 . . . . 2nd
PEONY ROSE – Rockhampton R1 @ 19/10 . . . . 2nd
NAVAL STRIKE – Toowoomba R7, split stake = win @ 4.5 and place @ 1.9 . . . WONNo outsider qualifies.
AUTUMN SPLENDOUR – R4 Morphetville is considered as the best bet of the day and at 9/4 I have used my Ladbrokes Free Bet.
If anyone is still interested the following can be considered suitable from the QUADDIE bets where only one horse is rated as worthy of being the sole choice for any of the given 4 races’
MULTAJA R9 Eagle Farm
SIESTA KEY R7 Scone
NAVAL STRIKE R7 Toowoomba
Others falling short of system selections are
AUTUMN SPLENDOUR R4 Morphetville
SECRET SITES R5 Rockhampton & MASTER JAMIE R4
IKNEWSHEWASMINE R7 Stony CreekNow then MrE what are you suggesting?

December 27, 2019 at 15:09 #1478224Shhhhh!!!!….. stop shouting Nathan, you wake them up. Both of them are sleeping like babies, Billy is sucking his thumb and the pillow is in the way so I can’t see exactly what Matron has in his mouth. It’s my belief that they both had a rather hectic night fighting and wrestling, judging by the grunts and shouts coming from Matrons room…. I do hope that Billy was careful with his knees, he’s not as spry as he once was…. it doesn’t really matter how much cream he smeared on, those knees will only bend so far. I’ve heard that whilst doing this yoga thing, its not until Step 3 that you place your knees behind your ears, I think the old todger might have got over excited and jumped from Stage 1 to Stage 3….. smile Bill, there are still reasons to be cheerful and they don’t effect the way you walk…..

December 27, 2019 at 15:22 #1478229Oh dear Nathan . . . . . I have just read you post but sadly I have spoiled my ballot paper which after all is not such a bad thing otherwise I could be in touch with my old mate Nigel Farage and his mate “Trumpy”. No, my vote to get out of Europe is enough voting for this year.
