Agree with that.
Have you had a look at Cheltenham at all.March 12, 2020 at 16:08 #1485777Lost in the ether!
My first attempt to reply Michael disappeared.
Anyway the answer is that I have not got involved with any NH this season because once again the soft and heavy conditions were the reason I started to look elsewhere such as Australia.

March 12, 2020 at 19:01 #1485822Sorry I disappeared from you but at work and only occasionally can I find time to use phone.
And fair enough answer regards the going.March 12, 2020 at 19:03 #1485823Some big races in the States this weekend Derby prep for one.
March 13, 2020 at 21:12 #1486061I never quite found my feet regarding USA, perhaps because their seasons are much about the same as our. I say much about because it is a very big place with some variations.
MrE may be the man, should you be able to coax him from his self imposed retirement. Hi did once tell me he enjoyed some success in the past over there.

March 17, 2020 at 19:47 #1486414GUTTED – GUTTED – GUTTED!
I was so looking towards the new flat season and hoping to experiment a similar system as what I have so enjoyed this winter via the Australian racing.
I fully understand how selfish my attitude is but with the prospect of being in lock down for up to 16 weeks [maybe more] it was only the thought of my involvement with racing which has made the prospect bearable.
We each must deal with adversity as best we can and as long as they keep racing in Oz I have something to hang on to.
Good luck to you all, I hope you keep well, keep your jobs and come through this dire situation as best you can.

March 19, 2020 at 07:49 #1486475I remember The Sweet Boy from Somerset suggesting runners trained by a Mr De Kock are much favoured when racing at Turffontein . . . . . . . .
MARSHALL in the 12.45 is just such a horse and at 7/4 [early doors] with bet365 is becoming even more interesting. De Kock also has a 2nd horse in the same race.
MYNAGE is also running for Mr De Kock.

March 19, 2020 at 13:18 #1486485Hard lines Bill. The two De Kock horses you mention were placed whilst his Riqaaby won the 11.35 @ 8/1. Another case of Sod’s Law.
March 19, 2020 at 14:14 #1486487Indeed Homer, 2 x 2nd & 2 x 3rd overall which pleases me, none!
I have flirted with S.A. on several occasions without any success at all and much prefer my favourite Australia where I found 3 winners from 4 overnight but they were at very, very small prices and the one loser almost knocked out any profit which MARSHALL has succeeded in doing.

March 19, 2020 at 14:35 #1486488Friday at Fairview [Sth. Africa]
There is always a search to find the best information/tips and so here is one taken from a changed angle.
Fairview R4 [12.15] MERYL which is priced up early doors as the 6/5 favourite and could be my chance to recoup the loss from Marshall.
That was nice [thanks Michael] and to be quite honest a little unexpected having a poor record there in Sth. Africa. R4 knocked the return back but was still evens.

March 20, 2020 at 16:10 #1486539Having got quite enough to keep me busy in Australia [overnight] I am intending to be a little cautious and await my results before taking an interest in South Africa.
Durbanville
R1 [11.15] SH BOOM which looks to be my favoured bet at an early price of 6/4
R2 [11.50] FIFTY SHADES DARKER
Turffontein
R3 [12.05 AFTERNOON TEA – – – WON
R6 [1.50] AL MUTAWAKEL – – – WON
R7 [2.25] CELTIC SEA which looks equal to SH BOOM but the early price is a very short odds on and only AFTERNOON TEA – WON just makes odds againstBilly's Outback Shack
March 21, 2020 at 22:39 #1486646I really don’t know much about racing in the Far East other than this meeting is a pretty big one.
Fun only!
SHAI-TIN
R5 – PING HAI BRAVO – – – WON
R6 – GENEROUS CHARITY
R8 – GOLDEN SIXTY – – – – – WONPrices, what prices? I have no clue!

March 24, 2020 at 19:27 #1486773I have never considered Hong Kong – HAPPY VALLEY but I have seen it on TV and the racing looks to be good and so I thought I would have a look at tomorrow’s card [Wednesday].
Without knowing much but being housebound as we all are or should be, I could not help but notice: –
DANCING FIGHTER – Race 6 [1.45] which happens to be the 7/4 early favourite.
Lost – It was a good day until . . . . . .

March 27, 2020 at 19:30 #1486848I have blown away the dust to find something to bet this weekend.
Australia has many meetings every Saturday and yet I can only find just the one selection.
Gold Coast – R3 LOT’S WIFE was 2.2 with bet365 . . WON
