August 3, 2012 at 17:12 #408823Gord tips for saturday
NASRI
LIFE AND SOUL
THE FUGUE
JAMSIEAnd what your thoughts on CONDUCT at Doncaster am sure you remember our talk on this horse 2 years ago nice to see him back.
August 3, 2012 at 17:40 #408827David Barron’s machine gets in for the Stewards Cup by the skin of his teeth! oh how I was sweating with a monkey riding at
33/1
.
Are you referring to Elusive Prince? He will be severely outclassed I’m afraid…
August 4, 2012 at 08:04 #408884Rich you are off the ball here, watch the money keep flooding in for this horse! 25/1 shot now fella.
August 4, 2012 at 12:41 #408915I have Bn told Steeler is expected to go very close in the 430 Gdwd, he has been beating Es Que Love easily on the gallops, looks a very good bet at 7s. Also Storm Moon will go well in 305 Thirsk as long as the ground isn’t too fast
August 4, 2012 at 13:38 #408919Inside information from the Johnston stable is like trying to get blood out of a stone, you must have friends in high places GDC? Will watch your bets with interest today.
August 4, 2012 at 14:43 #408923The money still pouring in for
ELUSIVE PRINCE
now a 14/1 shot from 33/1

That horse was never going to win, back to the drawing board eh Bruce, or should that be dart board?

It finished 23rd of 27 runners. It is madness to be confident in that type of race.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
August 4, 2012 at 16:57 #408945Steeler given a peach of a ride from Mr Fallon and the massive gamble was landed nicely as predicted. Shame Storm Moon was caught but profit from the double

Hope you got on mate and plenty of others too
August 7, 2012 at 11:22 #409154The place just isn’t quite the same without you. I have had to resort to ginger-baiting, a mildly amusing and still quite legal pursuit. I hope that your father is recovering and the docs have found some answers.
Your old friend Tax Free runs in an interesting little race at Ripon tonight run in memory of one of the great trainers of sprinters. Mr Nicholls has gone in mob-handed but I am rather taken with Robin Bastiman’s charge Singeur. He only made his seasonal debut late last month on ground less than ideal. He missed the break, which gives horses at Pontefract little chance over the minimum trip. He showed well for a long way and in the home straight he was allowed to come home under his own steam without Daniel Tudhope asking him for much effort. The handicapper has dropped him 2lbs since then and he now runs off a winnable mark. Hopefully there will not be too much rain in the area today because his best form is on a better surface.
If today is not a going day, losses can be recouped on a sounder surface very soon.August 7, 2012 at 13:28 #409157Tax Free is a non-runner in that Ripon race tonight.
I have a feeling that "Non-trier" Bonnie Charlie will probably go off way shorter than he should be tonight. My own view is that if Bosun Breese was coming into this without his last time out duck egg at Ascot he would be a warmish fav. At 17/2 with Willie Hills, I’ll take a chance on him in this slightly easier grade.
Hasten back TAPK and best wishes.

August 7, 2012 at 13:56 #409158Yes, it was declared a non-runner not long after my post. I just had a scan of the Betfair market; Fitz Flyer has been the most heavily traded runner by quite some margin with Signeur 2nd in the matched stakes. I must confess I am a bit concerned about the going as I have no idea how much rain they have had there today, if it proves too slow for him I hope he is not given too enterprising a ride in order to preserve or lower his handicap mark.
August 7, 2012 at 14:14 #409159I want to add my very best wishes Gord. Hope to have you back soon mate.

Fitz Flyer is Hugh Taylor’s tip.
