    Today is the day
That the legend wins the RSA

I see every man and his dog in the media has now jumped on board and is tipping up the wonder horse.

    THE ERA OF ELEGANT ESCAPE
    HAS ARRIVED

Race fans are in for a huge treat today.
People have been saying that they will NEVER see a better chaser than Arkle.

They won’t be saying that anymore after the race.

I quite like black corton in this he’s very consistent and his form was franked somewhat in the national hunt chase yesterday.

Black Corton winning would be lovely.

Good luck Potato with EE, it’s been fun reading your mega confidence behind this horse. Think you’ll look pretty silly by 2.20pm this afternoon but fair play for sticking your neck on the line.

Black Corton looks the value play to me, would love to see Bryony do the business.

Of two Irish horses at the head of the market, I’d definitely prefer Monalee at current prices.

EE had his form franked yesterday.

He beat Coo Star Sivola 15 lengths at Exeter on his chase debut.

SAMCRO should also boost the form and if SAMCRO were to get beat it would be by EE’s half brother which would set up the greatest day of all time for Dubai Destination as a NH sire.

What a day we have in store. I struggled to stay awake yesterday however today the festival starts and we see some real horses.

I think EE will beat Black Corton this time round. In what round 4 of their match ups? Haha
I think the ground is more suitable for EE than BC

Good Luck Potato with your bet, if he wins this you could be right about him being a champ. Saying that if he gets placed he could as well. The most interesting race of the week for me, it’s a cracker.

No novice chaser had won the ultima this century.
Epic performance from the 6yo novice chaser to win off 142 beating 152 rated and vastly experienced Shantou Flyer.

That’s a huge pointer that the gb novice 3m chasers are very strong this year.

Elegant Escape destroyed coo star sivola at Exeter off level weights.

I have no idea what people think they are dealing with here but I can assure all that Elegant Escape is a superstar in waiting.

Nobody could accuse you of sitting on the fence Potato, that’s for sure! I like strong opinions, especially ones that people go to great lengths to back up. You have certainly done that, and some.

You don’t understand ham. It’s irrelevant that there were no Irish runners in the ultima.

For a first season novice chaser to turn up at the festival and take on high class battle hardened top end experienced handicappers and beat them aged just 6yo is some performance and a massive pointer to just how good EE is. Career best performance coming up shortly.

This boy will blow the Irish away

Ramses De Teillee ran alright, but you must have been hoping to see a much better run from him in the Ultima, in regards to EE Potato? He was the novice with the form with EE, not the winner, and he finished 7th.

I’m still all about the Black Corton dream. But I will have to admit that Potato’s sheer enthusiasm has persuaded me to have small e/w saver on Elegant Escape, just in case. Must say I don’t fancy the Irish much.

WHat a story we have brewing.

Harry Cobden the teenage sensation wins a grade 1 chase at the festival beating his girlfriend into 3rd.
