    Hello there,

    I’m little curious about the Ballydoyle jockey booking debate.. I just cant fathom that an organisation that is so meticuloulsy planned as Coolmore would allow their retained jockey to actually have the choice of which horse to ride.
    Surely Murtagh was TOLD who he would ride in the race right?

    I think the problem with Murtagh’s 3 rides here is that most likey in each race winning the race was not neccessarily the object. You get the impression, at least in the case of the 3yo’s that an education for the horse was the main point…

    but to be fair we all know these races are trials and thats one of factors we as bettors have to factor into our calculations.

    I’m really tempted to give All the Aces a go as well but am a little worried about the ground.

    The RP says he was taken out of last Saturdays race at Newmarket because of the ground. Isnt it as least as firm at Chester now as it was Saturday?
