Can anyone tell me pls where I can obtain a complete list of Galileo progeny (flat and NH) currently racing in UK & Ireland? Tried both RP breeding site and BHA, no joy. Cheers if you can help

Also ride, also not an expert, but might simply have been on a wrong stride, the horse knew it and didn’t want to fall – being close to wing gave him a chance to duck out. Only saw live race tho, not replay/s

Shame really, but I’m sure Brady knows it’s all part of the game & you have to accept things like that sometimes.

Have a good day tomoz, should be quite something watching the MM beast live …

Should we infer from the topical tip going belly-up that the Kacha will hit the electrical equipment when he gets to the boarding gate for sunny Manchester?
OK, all together, groan now …

Not seen all results as been out all day, but well done with Merrion Tiger :)

Are members who post up winners on here assumed to have some sort of contagious malady requiring a serious swerve by other members?

I believe it’s standard practice in some high profile racing countries (eg Hong Kong) for horses’ weights to be published alongside the kind of info that we get as standard – eg headgear etc. They apparently regard it as quaint and bizarre that we don’t do this.

Get to a few meets now and then, maybe 5 each per flat and NH season, but not often enough. Has long been a gripe that no terrestial TV channel ever gives decent time to paddock views (has been getting less and less in fact, currently down to about 30 secs or so) – and that only given 5 secs before the off, so no time to get on yer picks – useless

Are you sure you wouldn’t prefer my picks and posts in sonnet form as opposed to free verse? Would definitely be more concise

interesting to hear an insider’s point of view, thanks for posting that Gingert.

Appreciate the lack of time they have in particular – but if they don’t have enough time to research the facts, they should say so, not go making sweeping generalisations and incorrect statements. Many people do, unfortunately, take them as expert, fully informed views, and you have to ask, why shouldn’t they? Seems reasonable enough to do so. But as I said on the Daily thread re Will The Till, I’ve learned not to – tho their general overview of a race is ususally very useful.

BTW I find the Postdata stuff even worse for inaccuracies because they’re meant to be totally factual. Eg, sometimes they’ll put a trainer as an x for out of form which directly conflicts with their own rtf (run to form) analysis which could be 65%! (ie pretty good) – or when the trainer’s last winner was maybe 25 days ago – but s/he’s only had one runner since!
