Backed Crowded House at 33/1 e/w. I’m sure all at least some of the expert views are correct and will prove me wrong, but that’s why I’m still learning. I just wonder if CH had not run in the Dante how opinions may have been different. I am the eternal optimist I suppose.
I apologise. This is the second time I have submitted a response without checking the syntax

Can I asked whether members feel that Crowded House is right out of the equation because of his last disappointing run and perhaps not progessing as expected from his 2yo form (assuming he’s still a runner by Monday next week)?
I would like to add my thanks. As a relative novice it’s very encouraging to find this analysis. Please continue.
Thank you to all that made the effort to provide some input to this and the other Big races forums. I just cannot understand why there are not more contributors. They obviously must know something we dont.
Disappointed. If it were run at Goodwood probably but will it act on the likely soft ground? Two good priced horses against the field for me are Donegal and Templestern who will both love it soft and will stay and will I suspect be a decent price but I accept the chance of being shot down in flames.
Point taken about SI and the ground from the "Brig". Of the two alternatives Donegal seems a nice fit.
Based on Gintertipsters analysis (thanks!), I’m going e/w on ASK for my sins.
Sorry if this is a naive question but wouldn’t AOB know DOM’s 12f stamina capabilities by gallops at home, granted these are not race conditions?.
Big thank you for all the contributions…especially the Classic Winners who helped set up the new BIG RACE section. I hope it works and I’m looking forward to learning. Cheers
