Well i have taken 20s about Blazing Bailey, love the horse and believe this could just be made for him.
Middleham Park have picked up a nice sort from Findlay in Beshabar
Great ride from David Bass on VEILED and the price was an extra bonus, got a nice free EW double with

Tuffers: Unlucky, thought you had got back up there then!
Guess you’ll settle for the dead heat mate, nice call.
Gary
Pet: Nice one and understood.
Going back to the County Hurdle, Final Approach was one of my bankers on trends
backed him for 2 weeks up to the race in the hope that he ran! What an excellent ride from Ruby BTW.Moe: Cheers, that helps, wouldn’t give MERIGO a hope this year as Iris de Balme was a total ‘set up’ from an excellent yard that like a tilt at the ring
Just the 2 for me today but a good days racing to watch:
320Che: Ocean Transit ran a blinder behind Quevega at the festival but i am backing
430Che: Tough race to call as i backed Sir Kezbah LTO but i like the look of Jim Olds
Be Lucky all310Bev: Takes a leap of faith to back anything here but if pushed i’d have a go at Bahamian Music from the in form Richard Fahey yard.
430Che: Another tough race to call with Sir Kezbah absolutely being thrown in after ‘hosing up’ LTO. There are a few others too who look well in but i have taken a chance on Jim Olds
Good Luck with your selectionsCannot believe Merigo did not run out of the HCap last year! Not a chance of that when he is nigh on a stone wrong this time

Just the one bet for me, followed in PW with Ladies Are Forever, nice form and if he stays must go well as all his form is fresh
Nice days racing today, Newmarket hopefully will be informative and some nice sorts running at Cheltenham. I have backed the following in an EW trixie:
320CH:
355Ch:
540Ch:
745S:
Finally (apart from following PW with Ladies Are Forever) i have backed
Yours and Tancred SpiritBe Lucky all

Zarks: Cheers, think i will have a go.
Pricewise has gone for Ladies are Forever today in the Nell Gwynne
I’m guessing none of the MERIGO fans know how far out of the handicap he ran from last season?

Great minds

Anyone know if Cape Dollar is heading for the Fred Darling this week-end? Entered and i am contemplating backing her for the 1000s Guineas before this race.
Any assistance/advice/comments would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Can anyone tell me how far Merigo won from out of the Handicap last year please? He is just short of a stone wrong this season so it will be interesting to compare.
Thanks in advance

Unusually for me a couple of plays today:
Double from 2 trainers i am following currently:
530Tow:
745Tau: Charlie Longsdon has never had a better run than he is at present so
Win Trixie and EW treble:505Fol:
420Wol: Weak affair so the debutant from Mick Channon
730Tow:
Finally a hunch bet: Nick Gifford does not send many to the races on the flat but he does get the odd winner.
Be Lucky all who play
Very interesting read, thanks. Will try to get on at about 4 and see what you come up with.
Tight looking race with several looking like they have had ‘soft’ races recently.
Exit Smiling is down on a handy mark now and could go well.
Good Luck with whoever you select
