I have a feeling that race Henri mattisse won is going to work out well

The first 3 all look very useful

I’m going to be betting after a furlong

If haatem is taken to the front and isn’t being hassled il happily take 5.0+

If not I’m happy to just watch

7 yards of fresh ground today

So you don’t want to be challenging wide down the straight as you’ll be on the worst of the ground

Jamie Spencer is very good on front runners

Just he holds up 99 out of 100 of his rides

If they do give him an easy time on the front he’s usually a good judge of pace

If they make the running with haatem he could take some passing

The curragh has a bit of a golden highway on that rail

If mountain bear isn’t ridden as a spoiler he could get an easy lead too

Looking at the weather forecast maybe I can get my ancient wisdom bet out of the bin

The more rain the better for him

Dropped him on the line perfectly

Didn’t give him the chance to hit the front and pull himself up

    Excellent ride

    Shocking division though

There really are very very few good older horses about this season

Must be a record low of 120+ horses in training

The ground won’t be to his liking but it’d be dissapointing if he didn’t win

He won on soft ground twice at 2 but looking at his action I’d say he was winning on pure ability and it wasn’t until he got on better ground in the morny and middle park that he showed his true ability

Hopefully he has trained on as we really need a sprinting superstar

He didn’t blow up he has his own ideas about the game

They are trying a visor today instead of blinkers

I suspect he’s a horse who will either win on the bridle or not at all
