Buick has had a shocker on d’bai there

Sums up my luck at the moment

When he did finally get a gap he powered home so I’d be confident he’d have won or gone very close

Going for the boys in blue again today hopefully this one runs better than dubai icon who never travelled at all

    4:15 Newbury

    D’bai £15 win 100/30

Travelled very well last time but just didn’t pick up on the rain softened ground

Back on a sounder surface i expect him to take all the beating

    -£75.40

Her and the second were both held up in a race that was 4 seconds faster than standard so I’m not sure what scenario sees raabihah finish closer. Unless raabihah hasn’t run anywhere near to form which is very possible I suppose as it will just have been a prep for the Arc whereas Tarnawa will have been fully tuned up.

She did the same to cayenne pepper the time before too

Either the 3yos shes been beating arent great or she has taken a big step forward from 3 to 4

I suspect a combination of the two

I’d be very interested in tarnawa if she was to turn up

Her last two wins have been very impressive

    I’m on

    Morikawa 16/1
    Finau 30/1
    Fleetwood 25/1
    Fitzpatrick 45/1

All e/w 11 places split stakes so they all return about £100 if winning and £20 if placing

Got a funny feeling about finau, fairways and greens will be so important and that is what he does

This is his chance I reckon

    3:00 ayr

    Dubai Icon

    £10 win 4/1

Very interesting runner for bin suroor

Has gone well fresh in the past winning off a 300+ day lay off

Been gelded since his last run, which was a good second in a handicap at meydan

    -£60.40

Hit the post with montatham, got hammered in the betting, beat all the fancied runners just to get beaten by one of the outsiders :negative:

    Ascot champion stakes

    Magical £10 win @8.2

Wasnt expecting for this to get matched but it did over night

See no reason why she won’t run at all 3 big autumn meetings like she has the past two years and she would be a very confident pick for this if ghaiyyath wasn’t to turn up

    3:55 Sandown

    Epic hero £5 win 100/30

Having a saver since when entries came out he was going to be my selection thinking the prices would be montatham 7/4-2/1 epic hero 3/1-4/1

But obviously the prices were very different to that and montatham became the bet at the prices

Know that there has been loads of money for montatham it has all corrected itself

Montatham £15 win @3.6 on betfair

This looks a pretty strong listed race but montatham is the one that stands out to me

Has strong form ties this season with dark vision who won a German group 2

With Sir busker who finished second in the group 2 celebration mile

With top rank who won the group 3 superior mile

He is well up to winning a listed race and id be very surprised if he didn’t go close

He would have a chance of placing as the french horses seem to be absolutely useless this year

So we have the two gosden horses then whatever obrein runs

If he was to run and be held up and run past beaten horses could definitely see him finishing in the first 4

Maybe the owners want to give him more time after the derby, voltigeur and a gruelling leger

The form of his great voltigeur isn’t anything special

He beat highland chief, a below par mogul, berkshire rocco who needs further and darain who ran no race at all

Doesn’t scream arc winner to me

Maybe the owners realise that going to the slightly weaker race at ascot is his best chance of getting a win

I would think frankie didnt want to give stradivarius a hard race with 3 weeks till the arc

They went very slow and he did well to finish second

In a stronger run race I would be fairly sure he’d have beaten them fairly easily

I cant see him winning the arc but wouldn’t be surprised if he picked up a place

Was counting my money then, until I glanced to the right and saw her looming
