Binocular, or Binny as he’s now known as, won’t know which way Hurricane Fly has gone in the Maplewood at Punchestown. Or at Cheltenham either!!!

I think there is a strong Irish team for this year’s race and the most interesting to me is undoubtedly Ballytrim. Winner on his last two starts, which were both real stamina tests, I think he has a much better profile than Be My Royal, who won the race in the past for Willie Mullins. He’s got a bit of class too!
Good preview to the race here.
Go Native looks the ideal type to take over from Harchi, who goes chasing. Fighting Fifth and Christmas Hurdle, where he’ll get his preferred good ground, look the races for him. Even the International at Cheltenham might be on the agenda!
Yeah, I’ve been following him since he won the Pierse Hurdle. And the fact he has improved so much since he has joined Willie is a great sign. It really is only him and Big Zeb on the 2m chasing front and I’d like to see him go for the Tingle Creek but Willie will probably keep him at home for most of the winter.
I think he’ll stay 3m eventualy but he’s certainly an exciting prospect for the winter months!RSA Chase – €100 win Mikael D’Haguenet 6/1
Queen Mother Champion Chase – €25 ew Barker 20/1
World Hurdle – €50 win Big Bucks 3/1
Cheltenham Gold Cup – €20 ew Schindlers Hunt 40/1- AuthorPosts
