Bit disappointed with Blackbow- he pulled, his jumping was cumbersome at times and he was turning his head coming into the last couple as if unhappy. Certainly won’t be in the Arkle and possibly not on the boat at all- unless they just stick him in the Marsh, let him go off in front to see if he jumps better and hope he stays.
But v happy with Energumene.

He pops his fences quietly without wasting too much energy and seems sensible so could be. Bit of an odd one for a Moscow Flyer winner though that was not the best renewal.
JP seems to like having one for the RSA but his runners in disarray, a bit. My initial fancies of his were Chantry House who had back surgery and isn’t even entered, and Dickie Diver who has dodgy knees and has had one run in a handicap which he didn’t win.
Current highest JP horse the the betting is Dame de Compagnie.
