@chaos
Did you enjoy your day at Banstead Manor meeting Frankel?
Hope all is well, look forward to hearing all about it.

There’s my TTF star horse for next year.September 14, 2019 at 16:07 #1454901What a fantastic win by LOGICIAN breaking the course record in the process, two classics winners for Frankel this year

To think it was only the other week that i met Frankel in person with Lady Cecil, it was a day i’ll take with me, it was every bit as good as you said it would be Jac

All comers, all ground, all beaten
September 14, 2019 at 22:53 #1454965Who would have thought Frankel would be siring St Leger winners.
September 16, 2019 at 08:51 #1455139There was always plenty of stamina in his pedigree Devonian but his mummy gave him the speed. I think we’ll see Logician back over 12f next year. A very exciting prospect…
9 Group 1 winners now and lots more to come as he will have nearly twice as many 2-year-olds next year.

September 16, 2019 at 18:17 #1455531Logician never ran as a 2yo so who knows what awaits next year, this year was his worst 2yo in terms of numbers, the only outstanding 2yo this year is Pinatubo who has already beaten Frankel’s end of year rating.
Logician will be aimed at 12f next year, as you said Joni and if he stays healthy his target will be the Arc in 2020, so much to look forward too.

September 17, 2019 at 22:29 #1457517What a beautiful looking horse Logician is could watch him all day…he’s cantering up Warren Hill with Enable and Stradivarius on Sunday what a feast for the eyes..wish I could be there but hotels in short supply at Newmarket this weekend and at least I’m there for the racing on Saturday

So glad you enjoyed your day at Banstead Manor Chaos with Frankel and Lady Cecil, she is such a lovely lady and Frankel seems to remember her which was quite emotional for me.

The equally royally-bred winner Snap Decision (1/2 brother of millionaire G1 winner Mr. Speaker and G3 winner Fire Away, 2nd dam is the great Personal Ensign) was odds-on favorite for a reason though. He won his previous start by 38 1/2 lengths!September 20, 2019 at 16:35 #1459045A great winner for Frankel with Quadrilateral at Newbury tonight
and I was on the right one
September 20, 2019 at 16:36 #1459046WOW! That was seriously impressive HB! She looks a beast…..

September 20, 2019 at 16:37 #1459047Favourite for the Guineas immediately after. She beat a 90 rated horse 11 lengths…

September 20, 2019 at 16:47 #1459049And she’s run quicker than the 112 rated winner of the previous listed race who is a 6-year-old.
You MUST watch it – you won’t see a more impressive winner all year.

September 20, 2019 at 16:48 #1459050Yes Joni, it was very pleasant to watch and I think she deserves being fav so far
I hope you were on to
September 20, 2019 at 16:52 #1459051Quadrilateral does the business at Newbury, not sure what she beat but she absolutely thumped them under minimal riding – she beat colts on her first ever run and I wonder whether next months Fillies Mile might be on the cards.
September 20, 2019 at 16:57 #1459052She’d need to be supplemented LD but that shouldn’t stop them. She’s entered in the Rockfel next week though…
My only worry is that I am not a huge fan of her trainer…

September 20, 2019 at 17:07 #1459053Asking a bit much to run 7 days later in a G2 and I know what you mean with the trainer comment as he had both Herculean & Fair Eva that were very good 2 yr olds that didn’t really do much afterwards.
September 20, 2019 at 17:12 #1459054That’s what I’m thinking too LD but I’ve watched it back several times already and she’s a very different type to Herculean and FE. Look how strong she in the chest. Like her dad. Very powerful. A beautifully fluent mover and (unusually for Frankel’s) a turn of foot. I’ll stick my neck out and say she’s the best Frankel 2-year-old we’ve so far seen.. It’s going to be hard for me not to get too carried away!!!
