Started well there CAS, those two quick goals in the 2nd half have been a killer.
Hereford home Saturday, I see they have 7 games in hand and 7 points below Southport.February 11, 2026 at 06:45 #1754239Northampton through to the Semis with Doncaster and Stockport, Luton and Plymouth still to play. The draw is no longer north or south finals so with luck Donny at home would be nice. Luton probably think their name is on the Trophy after being reinstated at the expense of Swindon.
Cobbs win returned 22.10
Vale first goal 16Brackley playing tonight the 2-1 1@9s unsettled.

Now -99.9 edit maths bad.February 11, 2026 at 10:45 #1754247Some profitable bets last night, I see.

According to the comments on Port Chat, it was a defensive shambles last night. In all honesty, I think we did well to hold them to 4-2 with the team we put out.
Two quick home games next against Hereford and Buxton (a team we have already beaten twice this season). I think we have to win both games. Hard fought draws are not enough now. Hereford and Alfreton both have plenty of games in hand.
If we take nothing from those games, it is going to start looking grim.
February 11, 2026 at 13:17 #1754257Hereford have just sacked their manager. Just in time to get a new manager boost at Haig Avenue on Saturday!
February 11, 2026 at 14:07 #1754260Fancy Brackley to be more attacking under the Interim Manager. In the recent match video against Sutton, Brackley were playing a very high press (not sure I like these new terms). So hopefully Brackley can score a few tonight, but they have frailties in defence.
Brackley to win BTTS 6.1@18/5 was 4s

February 11, 2026 at 14:52 #1754263One of Radcliffe’s co-managers has quit to take over at their local rivals Bury. That means going down by two levels but I am fairly sure Bury will win their division and be in the Northern Premier League next season. The club has a large fan base from its league days (it had 10,000 in attendance on the final day of last season), so I expect them to be in NLN before too long.
February 11, 2026 at 17:08 #1754270Bury have been well supported over these hard times, a traditional club with a good history. Decent ground as well, one of the 50+ I have visited watching Cobblers play. I hope that the National league are able to convince the EFL to go for 3 up 3 down in future.
February 12, 2026 at 14:16 #1754362Yesterday’s Match between Brackley and Halifax ended up a 1-1 draw, both goals being from the spot after the 88th minute. A case of the referee giving one back.
February 12, 2026 at 14:17 #1754363Exeter V Northampton H 10/11 D 23/10 A 16/5
Cobbs starting to introduce the loan kids into the team. Exeter are very comfortable in mid table. Cobbs need to get a result here and move up the table.
Banbury V Bury Town H 10/11 D 12/5 A 5/2
Not much separates the two in the league, The Puritans are in good form and should win at home in a close match.
Gateshead V Brackley H 15/8 D 12/5 A 5/4
Brackley unbeaten in 6 now, 3 wins 3 draws, Gateshead losing the last 6, Saints should win this, although I suspect It will be tight.0.5 Correct score PAT
Cobbs away win 1-2@ 12s
Puritans home win 2-1@ 7s
Saints away win 1-2 @ 15/2
-3.5Cobbs win BTTS 3@7s
-6.5
-112.5February 12, 2026 at 14:42 #1754364EFL Trophy draw has not been kind, Cobbs away to the winners of Luton V Plymouth. I got the impression that the pundit who pulled Northampton out, thought that either of Luton/Plymouth will be at Wembley. Only positive I see is, we avoided Stockport. Maybe I should have hoped for Stockport away..
February 14, 2026 at 11:15 #1754591Southport have signed a 19 year old goalkeeper from Everton on loan to the end of the season. I expect he will be playing today – I doubt Everton have loaned him out for him to sit on the bench.
I hope we can put a better team out than the starting eleven at Chorley on Tuesday.
February 14, 2026 at 14:08 #1754694Good Luck there CAS, personally Id be surprised if the new goal keeper starts, no point in killing his confidence straight away.
February 14, 2026 at 14:11 #1754696Two goal scorer bets, hope I get one in.
Guinness-Walker anytime 2@8s
Playing wing back today and does get into the box.
McGeehan 1st 2@9s
Second game back from injury, does score his fair share.-4

February 14, 2026 at 14:42 #1754716He is in the starting eleven, as is another kid we have just signed. I have lost count how many players we have on the books now.
Not sure why we are signing strikers when almost all our defenders are crocked.
February 14, 2026 at 14:45 #1754718Max Woltman, the striker we have signed, actually made a substitute appearance for Liverpool in the Champions League against AC Milan!
February 16, 2026 at 17:41 #1754971Thats interesting about Max Woltman, hes probably made a small fortune going through the Liverpool academy.
Teaser for anyone reading this, Northampton Town have had a World Cup winner play for them, who is he?
February 16, 2026 at 17:48 #1754973So at Exeter, McGeehan scores, but the linesman put his flag up. Why me..!!
In the last two Cobbs matches, winning 3-1 against Stevenage and drawing 0-0 with Exeter, I think they were lucky to get those results. Stevenage had two disallowed and Exeter certainly out played us.
Brackley won 2-1 returned 4.25 from the PAT, Banbury won, but only 1-0So this Tuesday away to Lincoln, I can see a thrashing. My loyalty was looking at BTTS and Cobbs win at 12s, but the 1-2 correct score is a better price.
Cobbs win 1-2 2@20s
For a goal scorer, our new 6ft+ centre back More anytime 2@16sBut sensible thinking correct score Lincoln to win 4-1 1@22s

-117.25Edit: forgot the Brackley correct score win..Doh
