Rules
You select 1 horse in each race over the course of the meeting
In one race per day you can select 2 horses
You may chose 1 nap per day (please make clear)
NAP selections score double for WIN ONLY
You can pick a next best (NB) as a reserve for your Nap in case of being a non runner
If Nap is a N/R and your NB is a non runner the reserve of your Nap will become the Nap.
(no reserve no nap)Entries have to be in before first race of each day, if for whatever reason you are late
post your entries still for later races which will be accepted but you will get hit with
10% point deduction for that day Strictly no Edits after the off time of 1st race, all
points on that day will be deducted You may included as many reserves as you like but
cannot add any after the time of the first raceSELECTIONS

will be the person with the highest score over the four days combined. In the event of a tie
the winner will be the person between the tied competitors with the highest score for day 1.
If still tied highest scoring NAP. In the case of disputes my decision is finalMarch 2, 2026 at 21:33 #1756960I have decided to add one more feature just for Cheltenham. We will see if it is liked and then we will decide if we use it in the future.
It is called “The Wellington” . It is a one off choice of a horse in any race any day. This horse is extra to your normal choices and will score double points even if it is just placed.
Please note IT IS ONE CHOICE OVER THE FOUR DAYS not one choice a day!

March 2, 2026 at 22:00 #1756967Superb the Raymo’s …
Can I ask if the “Wellington” is played instead of a nap on any day or do you still get a Nap and a Wellington?Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
March 3, 2026 at 06:49 #1756987Not sure how i feel about the Wellington add-on, as i tend to go down the road of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
But as it’s now part of this comp i’m in.March 3, 2026 at 18:23 #1757058I was thinking that perhaps the ”Wellington” should be only for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My reason being that I could see many players keeping it back until the last race on Friday. Just my thoughts as it could be a pot luck finish.
March 3, 2026 at 19:09 #1757082Is the Wellington instead of the Nap or as well as.
You've got to accentuate the positive.
Eliminate the negative.
Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.March 3, 2026 at 19:53 #1757090My Understanding is aswell as its an extra selection to ones normal choices.
March 3, 2026 at 20:56 #1757109The Wellington would be an extra pick rather than instead of a nap.
And Landafar if everyone wants to use it on Friday then that’s up to them

March 4, 2026 at 08:08 #1757135Just so I’m understanding the Wellington thing its an extra selection so in theory you could have 3 selections in a given race and that race could have your nap and Wellington as separate horses?
March 4, 2026 at 09:32 #1757142Yes TinMan.
The more I know the less I understand.
March 4, 2026 at 09:47 #1757145Can you also combine your Nap and Wellington together to receive quadruple the score ?

My personal feelings are the Wellington is fine, as I understand it. But it’s either the Wellington or daily Nap.

Don't mess with mister in between.March 4, 2026 at 18:00 #1757178To try and answer any problems regarding the Wellington.
It is one selection
It has to be a different horse from all your other selections
It can only be used once
It can be used any one of the four days
It scores double points whether the horse wins or is placed
If your Wellington is a non runner it goes on to the favourite in the race it was selected
I hope this clears it all up for you all
March 4, 2026 at 18:54 #1757183Looking forward to this competition. The best racing festival of the year!
Not sure about the Wellington, but why not give it a try!

Thanks to Raymo & Tracey for running this one
March 4, 2026 at 19:19 #1757191Wellington?, I thought you get it thrown at you if you finish last
March 4, 2026 at 23:34 #1757205Like being given “The Boot’
Graham..😅🤣I quite like The Wellington idea Raymo it’s a chance to boost your score and have 3 horses in one race for one of the days if you want too.

Thanks for doing this Raymo and Tracey.
looking forward to it..Jac
