In the paper jonjo has said time to get up is 50/50 to make the race after picking up a knock
I won’t have an Antepost bet here, but I think that I would be quite strong on The Big Dog if he travelled over there.

Hope some of you are right about THE BIG DOG. I have him in an each way double at 14/1 with Greanateen which won at 12/1 on Saturday. I just hope they send the big dog over (Fingers crossed)
Jeez didn’t spot The Big Dog entered here. Very interesting entrant and he’s not in the 3m handicap chase at Leop which would’ve been one of the viable alternatives.
An interesting poser would be would Codd travel for the ride, i mean it’s a massive race so you’d think so, but then, he’s Elliot’s bumper jockey for a massive meeting. Presume he would, unless Gordie put his foot down like with Kennedy- given it would only be a bumper he’d be missing i imagine he’d let him go.
In theory on a line through Speaking Colour’s Uttoxeter run, he probably needs to have improved again to win off 147, but he probably won snugger than the result suggests when he beat him.

Seems very keen, and answers my other question, it won’t be Codd riding, which is a big negative. At least he’s being proactive and getting someone booked early doors.
