At least you got your double in yesterday after Preston cocked up on Friday. I’m still smarting after Derby’s loss. I was close to a correct score double having done L’Pool 1-0 and Boro 2-0 only for Rickie Lambert to finally find his shooting boots.

That’s so frustraing, but at the same time, that’s the gamble. I used to do a 10p Lucky 15 many years ago and try to pick 4 games that would end 2-1 to the home side. It’s amazing how much a full house would pay as the odds are usually at least 8/1 for that scoreline and the fourfold alone pays £656.10 if all are 8/1. Not bad for a £1.50 bet.
As for Preston, they could even beat bottom side Yeovil at home during the a couple of days ago
