Following a recent survey which found that more horses fall at the last fence than any other, the last fence is to be removed from all courses…so I should be OK!

Pleased to see that Conundrum and Mr Pilsen are upsides but I don’t remember seeing them in Ward 7…..Have I missed something….Is Matron putting something in my Horlicks?

Conundrum

no longer lives on forum. He once started a system a long time ago about horses returning to the track of their last win after having 2 or 3 unsuccessful runs at other tracks or something like that. It didn’t last long, not sure whether it was because it was crap or Conundrum just didn’t like horlicks.

doesn’t venture up this far on the forum he spends his time sat in the lounge where he is a legend. He hasn’t been seen on here recently other than to ask me what my name is on betfair. I said I’ll tell him aslong as he goes around to Hertford and stops Elcartero from posting his selections on Saturday.

Sadly Saturdays are always a rather busy and hectic day for me and Mrs B and so my selections have always been completed in a hurry with many a mistake made along the way.

It has been fun and have enjoyed the banter with you two who in my opinion are both crazy but in a good way.

However I will take a bit of pressure of my Saturdays and give next season a miss and leave an oppotunity for someone else to take up the challenge.

29 points is nothing, Nathan……fat lady sings and all that!

More importantly, I’m sorry to read that Billion is not competing in the BET365 next time…just hope that he has a change of heart. Pity more Systemites don’t compete in our little sub-subsection..it provides a little, ‘ow you say it..extra "frisson" to the competition.
Perhaps if Cormack could be prevailed upon to move the BET365 thread further up the front page it would generate more competitors (sorry, Bob!).

I had a dream last night! that lazy Matron had sent Elcartero to the newsagents to to get the roundup of papers for ward 7. Unfortunately for Steve the weather took a turn for the worse and he was unable to post the final weeks selections on bobs 4pp.
