Not at all unhappy with the way she ran. She dwelt slightly in the stalls as Adie said she was being too nosey on what was going on round here and over 5 round Wolves you have to be away sharpish.

It was her first run in a handicap against some pretty seasoned campaigners and as she came round the bend I thought she may sneak a place. Adie also said he was jostled slightly on the turn which made him lose a bit of momemtum.

There aren’t too many suitable races for her for a week or so but she is learning all the time and is thriving on her racing.

I am sure there are more races to be won with her especially as she has such a good attitude and will to run.

We weren’t despondent straight afterwards and having watched the race again I have to say that it was an encouraging run with her only losing a couple of places close home as she possibly got a bit tired.
As jinny says there are definitely more races to be won with her as she gains more experience and I think we’re going to have a lot more fun with her.
Please try her at Southwell. They wouldn’t see which way she went in a 0-55.

I’m not disappointed with that run, she ran up the backside of whatever was in front round the last bend which cost her momentum, but she wasn’t going to catch the old buggers up front! She put her best hoof forward and did her best, and I never ask any more from any one in this life.

I didn’t manage to catch teh race till the replays the next day and I’d agree that she didn’t disgrace herself in the least. She seems to run best (IMHO) when she’s quick out teh stalls and has plenty of daylight in front of her. She does like a clear run, so all in all, she ran pretty well.
It was nice today to see the horse she beat last week, Kitchen Sink, finally win after 28 ducks.

Last weeks race is already working out nicely.

Candian Danehill confirmed the form with Dysonic as they finished 1st and 3rd at Southwell today and in the other div of that race the third Egyptian Lord won.

And Kitchen Sink, low grade though he is, must have been on the top of HIS form to win the other day.
It’s all looking good.

    What are the next plans?

There’s very little for her at the mo so she’ll be having a well deserved rest for a few weeks.
Teddy should be back at Wolves in a fortnights time all being well.

The subsequent exploits of Canadian Danehill,Almaty Express and Egyptian Lord show that she had a tough task at Wolves that day.
Anyways for anyone who is interested we are on the verge of extending the lease,so hopefully we’ll get the chance to see how she gets on on turf before a possible AWT campaign again in the winter.
She should hopefully be running soon when we can find a suitable race for her.
