I know backing Mullins castoffs is not a good idea (unless they’re trained by Shark Hanlon) but I have to be with N’golo and I’ve backed Dandy Mag in the preceding race too (outraged on his behalf that he’s the rag). I’ve also added Cabot Cliffs after his wind op. EWs on all.
May 7, 2022 at 11:54 #1597269Cormier for me here.
The rain overnight should help.

May 7, 2022 at 12:13 #1597281First post this week as i’m away on hols on thr beautiful island of Fuerteventura, a regular haunt of ours.
Managed to place a few bets by switching off the wifi and using data.

May 7, 2022 at 12:43 #1597291HDLG – 25c today with blue skies😎. Locals say it’s going to top 30c on Monday.
Phew, what a scorcher! I’ll get me coat🤣May 7, 2022 at 13:47 #1597306My top two are Cormier and Bashful Boy.
167 Cormier
161 Bashful Boy
154 Peltwell
152 AntunesCormier didn’t get a clear run from the second last at Cheltenham and in the circumstances did well to finish so close, owners were pleased with the effort. Won well at Kelso previously and I’d expect him to be on the premises here. Bashful Boy has solid enough form and made the progressive Aucunrisque pull out all the stops at Plumpton last time.
May 7, 2022 at 15:11 #1597319Didn’t find the winner, but chuffed that Roger Griffiths (who was involved with Outlaw Tom) has a significant share in N’golo who won in impressive style. Roger is the most pessimistic owner, he wouldn’t convince himself his horse would win a walkover(!), but has some decent results from an interest in a handful of horses in the last few months.

You were the first I thought of when he won as I knew you liked him.
Still waiting for him to jump a fence.

Thought about napping but thought nah he never wins..😂😂Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
May 7, 2022 at 16:07 #1597334Thanks all. I missed the race as was shovelling what felt like 2 tons of sh*t into the beds in our new polytunnel and didn’t realise the time but will enjoy watching it later.
May 7, 2022 at 17:05 #1597341Another awesome pick green , a few shorties have got me through the day but I’d have gladly swapped them for your pick here , surely a punt at the summer hurdle at MR in July next
