RIP Swarez, you deserved a better life, looked at his race history, poor boy only finished 9 races, closest he ever was to the winner was 17L, average distance behind in the races he finished was 48L. In his other races he was pulled up 4 times and fell 4 times before the fatal fall today.
Heartbreaking.
Agree, Ilavim. A horse that fails to complete in its first five PTP races, should never run under NH rules, unless there is a significant improvement. But, I guess there is quite a number of horses like him or the other fatality today that just change hands for a few quid in the hope that a new trainer could work miracles with it.
This is just too sad and very hard to accept.
