Peace man 100/30
Wiltshire 6/1Bets for Saturday at Newcastle
Not into the jumps yet
November 14, 2024 at 22:50 #1712651I backed Peace Man at Newmarket last time Darren and I really thought he had won or at least dead heated but Bolster had just got back to beat him by a short nose

I think the AW track will suit him and expect him to win.
I can also vouch that he looked a million dollars in the paddock and has not yet gone in his coat.Great price Darren just off to PP to try and get that.
JacHere’s the photo finish between Bolster and Peace Man at Newmarket.
Peace Man was called the winner but that was quickly reversed.
I still think Peace Man (Black and white stripes far side) won it from Bolster…
What do you think?Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 14, 2024 at 23:23 #1712657Still no horses running in the Godolphin Fantasy League ..

Why on earth did they even announce a competition with zero chance of earning any points as no horses are running.
This really is beyond bad..like a pub with no beer
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 15, 2024 at 12:08 #1712742I’d have put money on tha far side Jac, at worst a dead heat. I dont thinke he got beat though.
that’s a shocker.
Yes at the moment Godolphin are a bit of a joke
November 16, 2024 at 14:03 #1712924This will be the first and only time I will see one of my stables topping the Free List Leaderboard…
Come on Oscar’s Army
Dark Angels my paid stable in the TRF League not doing too bad either.
Extra carrots 🥕 🥕 all round tonightBest of luck everyone
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 16, 2024 at 15:26 #1712964Well done Jac, that sounds like a decent stable. Best of
luck with it
November 16, 2024 at 17:22 #1712977Thanks Graham..I’d be more than happy to win with a free stable. Not so much competition from the syndicates..

How is your new grandson getting on? Bet you’re looking forward to Christmas. 🎅🌲🧑🎄
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 17, 2024 at 06:37 #1713025He’s fantastic Jac I can’t wait until I get a hold of him, he’s just
beautiful
I’d love to see you win our league especially as it’s
the last one
November 17, 2024 at 10:15 #1713043I’ll try my best Graham…it will be sad to see the TTF go but Dark Angels are on the case and any prize will be off to the Hillside Animal Sanctuary

Best of luck to your stable also you’ve got some nice picks in there

Long way to go and just want all the horses and jockeys to be safe.
Will be thinking of you and Marjorie looking forward to those first hugs, 🫠
Take care…Jac
xThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 19, 2024 at 19:09 #1713330I hope everyone is doing well!
It’s hard to believe that the Tote TTF is not going to happen next flat season. I wonder why that is? I wonder if someone might run one on the forums, in the same way Bobby does for the jumps. It’s probably a lot of work for someone.
Nice to see Oscar’s Army leading the tote jumps comp Jac.
Christmas is just a few weeks away Graham.
Just a few more craft shows then I’ll be able to watch some live racing on a Saturday!
Take Care Everyone
November 19, 2024 at 22:59 #1713338Hi Andre..
Glad to hear you are keeping well and getting those craft fairs up and running for Christmas.
It is a shame that there will be no Tote 10 To Follow for the flat next season. I think Gingertipster did one once for us a long-time back but it does entail a lot of hard work as Bobby’s does, I honestly don’t know how he does it but hopefully he will carry on for a while longer.

Oscar’s Army didn’t stay at No.1 for long in the Free List but I’m hopeful we may get another one home at the weekend so fingers crossed and my Dark Angels in Graham’s TRF League are also at no.1, I”m making the most if it.

Best of luck in Bobby’s comp Andre and take care as always.. Jac

PS,,,Dave has had some positive results back and is hoping to continue to improve.🤞
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 20, 2024 at 18:42 #1713395Hi Jac,
I’m glad to hear Dave got some positive test results back. It’s been a long battle for him.
I’m ready to be done with the craft shows for awhile. They are certainly keeping us very busy.
As you know, Bobby’s jumps TTF is my favorite comp. There’s an awful lot of racing still to go, so we’ll see how it all plays out.
Take Care
November 20, 2024 at 19:47 #1713401Best news of the week Jac that Dave’s results were positive, that would
cheer you both up. Hope it keeps going the same way. As always give him
all our best.
.Yes, I can’t wait for Christmas Andre, it’s one thing to see Leo and Alex
on WhatsApp, but I’ve not had Leo in my arms yet. My chest is still a bit
rattly, but nothing is going to stop me making the journey down. Mind you,
I’m looking out the window at the moment and it’s a complete whiteout, I
hope that clears up. I’m only having to go to my son and his wife, Colin
and Charlotte in Oxford for Christmas and Ross and Eleni are going to come
up to Colin’s on boxing day with the wee ones. I’m not chancing taking it
on in 1 day, too far for me now, so we’re having a 3 day stop off at what
looks a really nice place, the Black Bull in Sedbergh, before doing the rest
of the journey. I’m so looking forward to it all
I think the TTTF is coming to an end because their team don’t seem to
know one end of a horse from the other. Year upon year I’m having to
fight with them over areas they have just got wrong. If I can see it,
how on earth can a whole team miss so much. I’ve argued with so many
people, I’ve even argued for ages with a bot, saying I wanted to speak
to someone, the bot came back at me with “I’m not a bot I’m an AI assistant
to assist the tote”. I had to laugh, a bot taking the huff at being called
a bot. I can even get up machine’s backs.I hope your weather isn’t as bad, I know it can get horendous over there.
Have a great time anyway
November 22, 2024 at 18:39 #1713574Thanks Graham…
Hope your wrapping up well with all that snow in Scotland and preparing for Storm Bert.ONCE AGAIN NO RUNNERS FOR GODOLPHIN AT MEYDAN TODAY
Just wonder why they even started the competition 3 weeks ago when it has never really kicked off
until December.
Between Godolphin and the Tote it makes you wonder who the heck is running these competitions.
Nightmare
Best of luck in some of the best run competitions on the Internet tomorrow, those on TRF run by yourself Graham, Bobby, Hot Fuss and Rummy?

Let’s hope the weather doesn’t mess it all up.

Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 23, 2024 at 06:51 #1713630That’s kind of you Jac
I try my best Andre but I’m not
in the same league as Bobby. How he keeps that running is a wonder.
I think it would need the same kind of effort and someone who knows
how to use Microsoft or similar to run a tote competition in house,
I think Bobby has someone that helps there, I think it’s arronisknees
(apologies I know I’ve got thatwrong) and remember there is no period
of grace as it’s jumps quickly followed by the flat, then the jumps etc
etc. It would be a monster. They have a whole team working on it and
they still can’t get it right
November 23, 2024 at 10:41 #1713664BigG
See the golf mate in Australia pga championship I got C SMITH 9/1 and E Smylie 125/1 joint leaders for final day
Last week had 1st and 2nd with Rory and
R HOJGAARD toNovember 23, 2024 at 13:20 #1713725That is a very good plan Graham! Cutting your journey into smaller journeys makes a lot of sense. Christmas will be here before you know it. Hopefully you’ll get a few days with the little ones. It sounds like you’ve had more snow in Scotland (& England) than we’ve had here in central Illinois. Some areas of the country have been hit hard, but not where I live (thankfully).
It wouldn’t surprise me that the people behind the tote TTF are the same ones that run the Godolphin comp. Clueless!!
We have a show tomorrow, about an hour and 15 minutes south of here, with setup today. The bonus today is that we’ll get to have dinner with my daughter (Nicole).
Lots of good racing today. Good luck with all your bets and comp selections.
