WOW!! What a day from Botchy. It did look hard to gather points today but Botchy managed to score points in every race and then get an extra 24pts from his wellington being placed too!!

Also good scoring from myself which pretty much all came from Sandals Song being wellington in the last and got me 60pts. and third on the day was Chivers who had his wellington win Venetian Sun for 24pts

Overall though Gladiateur moves up from second to first and Botchy makes a move from seventh to second and Landafar slips back to third. Well done you three

Landafar is always telling me he peaks too early but he still has a day to get back to the top and a good few of you still have your wellingtons to play

I was going to say I have probably run away with the cakes but the boss is known for plucking big price winners from out of the ether so I wont count my chickens ( or cakes) until they are hatched.

Any problems with your scoring let me know because I did get a bit excited during the last race but hopefully they are all okay.

Congratulations to Gladiateur – you probably feel more like a yo-yo this week, but you are back up on that top spot on the podium which is no mean feat!

Wow, what an amazing score from Botchy1 today – our top scorer with 83 points no less! Some consistent tipping and managing to get extra points with your Wellington – very well done!

Well, Landafar – you have now tried all three positions on the podium this week, which takes some doing I might add. Let’s see which one you will pick to be on by close of business tomorrow?!! I think you can ditch your idea of “peaking too soon”!

Finally, to the three people who played their Wellington – Botchy1, Raymo61 and Chivers1987, all of whom got extra points – well done. However, Chivers1987 must get a very special round of applause because their Wellington actually won! Brilliant job Chivers!
