    Homer, I had a few quid on Irish Cavalier, but was mainly interested in him with Cheltenham in mind, as I have him at big odds for The Gold Cup, as far fetched as that looks right now.

    If SDR was race fit, he should have won off that mark if good enough.
    However, if it was race schooling in a big field handicap and they left something to work with…
    that’s a different matter altogether.
