After getting balloted out of the big one, it’s still Chiefofchiefs for me.

I think that he has a live chance of making the six, and he doesn’t have a total nightmare of a draw.
Just bet him for the win right now, but will add him to six places definitely.
Swindler looks the obvious danger, but Nahaar is an interesting one at decent odds too.
Chiefofchiefs 33’s
June 18, 2020 at 10:34 #1491197Bit of a nighmare this one Bobby but I’m taking a chance that Blue Mist is getting
back to the promising sort he was a couple of years ago. he was disappointing
last year, but came back with a good run a couple of weeks back at Newbury where
Jason Watson wasn’t too hard on him in 2nd. Hopefully that should set him up for
this. I took the 9/1 with Bet365 this morning, they still have that but I can see
him going off around 5/1.Good luck with Chiefofchiefs, it doesn’t do his chances any harm to have Buick on
him, he’s riding out of his skin at the moment.June 18, 2020 at 22:28 #1491221My ratings sling up a top three of:
Gabrial The Wire
Chiefofchiefs
SwindlerGabrial The wire ran some solid races in Class 2 sprints last season so even bottom of the weights class isn’t a barrier.
Oddly Chiefofchiefs is a 7 year old that’s never raced over the trip, but his Meydan seven furlong form looks solid.
Swindler has the solid six furlong form but all his runs have better on good or quicker so likely soft going would be a question mark.June 20, 2020 at 10:06 #1491431Blue Mist looks like the one for me he here. This is surely his day, and I took 5-1
June 20, 2020 at 10:14 #1491435The Fahey yard has been quiet but they’ve been knocking on the door over the last few days , I prefer cosmic law to Gabriel the wire but will play both as there’s plenty value there
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
June 20, 2020 at 12:46 #1491475Well done VTC.
June 20, 2020 at 12:51 #1491479Nicely done Bobby, at a very healthy 33/1
It might sound like talking through my pocket, but Jason Watson couldn’t
have run into eny more dead ends with Blue Mist if he tried. The horse
looked full of running, just couldn’t get through.June 20, 2020 at 12:53 #1491481That’s a fantastic selection, VTC. Both Mrs Sungold and I are very grateful. I got 50s, which I think you did, too? (I keep telling Joe that you are on fire). Btw did you ever venture to Cognac? We venture to the Limousin.
June 20, 2020 at 13:07 #1491484Well done VtC! Absolute corker the like of which you have a pleasing habit of flagging up.
I was a little more tentative, never go in all guns blazing as you do, but did add a 5th at 50/1 to the winner. This result shows that while all other factors are already considered by the market if your figures show an outsider with a chance then have a go.
June 20, 2020 at 13:15 #1491485Agree about the run of Blue Mist. I doubt he would have won but Jason Watson is not going to enjoy watching that back.
June 20, 2020 at 21:27 #1491519Many thanks guys, much appreciated.
Hi Sungold, yeah got the 50’s last night, glad you and the Mrs collected. Never been to Cognac, but I suppose I really should one of these days.
June 21, 2020 at 13:28 #1491575damn you Venture (laughs)…beat my only runner of the entire meeting ……well done!
