Not too many horses bought with the National in mind that are quick enough to win G1 juvenile hurdles over 18f.

Exception to his breeding this fellow! Still will end up jumping the National fences one day though!
March 4, 2010 at 15:42 #280403Mikael D’Haguenet to miss the festival.
March 4, 2010 at 15:44 #280404And TAPK saves himself a nifty.
March 4, 2010 at 16:25 #280407Everyone is entitled to their opinion APK, Long run looks the speedier sort of the two to me. Not a fact, just what i think.
In short, i’m a big believer in the horse and will be backing him to large stakes (for me) in whichever race he runs in, just think the Arkle would suit, and is his for the taking.

You should perhaps consider changing your username to Nostradamus, CS, given such spectacular insight.
Tomorrow: Sun rises in East – you read it here first.

His for the taking?!

As in Captain Cee Bee, Sizing Europe and Somersby will be easily brushed aside if he takes his chance?!
March 5, 2010 at 10:06 #280533Its obviously no penalty kick but i think Long Run is the real deal. Only my opinion.
March 5, 2010 at 10:18 #280537What’s Long Run’s allowance in this? It’s a couple of lbs only for 5yo’s now, isn;t it?
Still confident Punchestowns has the winning of this. Non-stayer me sister.
March 5, 2010 at 10:19 #280538Only 1lb now, was 10lbs last time a 5yo won IIRC (Star De Mohaison).
March 5, 2010 at 10:22 #280539Yep, long overdue the depletion of the allowance, DoM – especially when Long Run will go to the RSA as one of the most experienced chasers in the field.
March 5, 2010 at 13:15 #280578Punchestowns on the drift and no money queing up to back it, anyone heard any rumours?
