Good idea Eclipse First
November 21, 2011 at 22:15 #379064Is Kingfisher TAPK?
No i’m Edna Bolgers transexual twin sister Fred!
November 21, 2011 at 22:28 #379066Should this thread now be moved to the lounge as it is not about Horse Racing?
I agree. To be honest, it never was about horse racing rather, by several accounts, an antagonistic attention-seeking wind-up merchant.
Huh?
Ricky posted first and I agreed withhim
. If you made the point earlier I apologise, but you really think I precariously read the entire thread? I just happened to ‘lock on’ to Ricky’s post and replied with an agreement

That’s right, he posted first by a margin of 15 hours and 36 minutes… in negative land!!!
But yeah, I guess one has to be a group one winner before they’re entitled to have their opinions read!
November 21, 2011 at 23:32 #379073Well, I never expected to see
Pinza
in the lounge
November 22, 2011 at 00:56 #379087Really interesting to see Pinza’s new blog. Very interesting reading. Good luck to him. Can’t believe this Pinza thread has been moved to the backwaters of the Lounge. As an earlier poster said, it would have been far better just to remove him without explanation rather than making a song and dance about it and turning him into a cause celebre. It’s just drawn attention to it by creating a thread around Pinza. He’s certainly a formidable opponent. If you can’t beat them, join them, seems to be the message from him. He’s certainly a very authoritative writer.
November 22, 2011 at 01:05 #379088How many on here have a Wiki page?

Impressive stuff from
Pinza
Thanks, Mr Pilsen. Was curious to know who Pinza was. He certainly sounds an eminent man, having only just skimmed this Wikipedia link. Am even more impressed now. His grasp of, and love of, the English language is now no surprise. Respect.
November 22, 2011 at 07:47 #379096I see
Pins
once apppeared as a Train Steward in an episode of Poirot…I’m well impressed.
Internet Movie Database
Although am suprised he didn’t solve the murder himself before the Great Detective even turned up
November 22, 2011 at 08:31 #379097So I was wondering who Pinza was and it turns out he is nothing more than a drama queen!
Makes a blog as soon as he is barred from a forum. The man craves attention. Pity he didn’t get more from his professional life.
Nice to have been mentioned in his blog though

A particularly nasty quote and cowardly as well. The man can’t defend himself.
I will miss reading Pinza. I can’t say I agreed with him all the time but his contributions to the whip debate made it a must read over the last few months. Hugely surprised and disappointed that he has been banned.
I think the site will be the poorer without him.
The man can’t defend himself? He’s got his own blog!
If anyone misses someone posting on a forum, they really need to go out more.
November 22, 2011 at 09:03 #379102in my opinion , this thread has been revealing in a number of respects , notably the way Corm showed his hand , I dont think his image of the benevolent forum guy works anymore …No Sir indeed

Why should Pinza be afforded a special status – there are plenty of threads on this forum attacking people, even more strongly, who are in no position to defend themselves?
I think the site will be the poorer without him.
No individual is bigger than the forum – the forum survived pre-Pinza – the forum will survive post-Pinza
His contributions may be missed but nobody has died – from some of the reactions one could be led to believe David took Pinza outside and had him shot at dawn.

Deep Sensation – what IS your problem? What the hell is wrong with saying that I will miss reading someone’s contributions? In writing that you are belittling the forum and yourself. I happen to think there are some people on here who are well worth reading and he was one of them. Therefore I will miss his contributions. I write this from Geneva having come via Budapest and cant wait to get home to my infant twins – the one thing I
don’t
need is to go out more!

November 22, 2011 at 13:13 #379155I can’t believe the number of spiteful comments about Pinza that have been posted since he ‘left’, none of which have been ‘moderated’..most of them banal and not in the slightest bit eloquent. Quite bemused by the whole thing.
November 22, 2011 at 17:27 #379181agree in full Moe , its a spite fest …but then again so was his expulsion
Its a shame all round
