Hope you’re right Nick…trainer said afterwards he doesn’t go with any juice in the ground so perhaps by Newbury Lockinge it may dry out, but who knows in this country.☔️🌂🌧
Great Thread
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...April 25, 2025 at 18:23 #1728269still not up with your Meydan Jac, btw the way any news on BigG, even though only know him through your thread he (like many on meydan) come across as a real friend you would want in your life.
Nothing for me now till Ascot Wednesday but will be watching the boxing tomorrow apart from main event. Speak soon on your thread Jac as always popping in
April 25, 2025 at 22:06 #1728286Your always welcome on our Thread Nick wouldn’t be the same without you popping in.
Regarding Graham no news as yet; we’re all getting a bit worried 😟. Just hope all is well.Enjoy the Boxing tomorrow and keep putting those winning bets up on your Thread
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...April 29, 2025 at 18:09 #1728687still playing to small stakes this time of year but was hoping for slightly bigger but have to bite the bullet 0.75PTS EW Docklands 3/1. Loves Ascot G1 form at track 2nd in this last season so back him each way as hopefully if places get 60% of stake back. Obviously the AW Gosden thing could be anything
Waiting on any drifts or moves in Sagro but doubt if a play in that.April 30, 2025 at 13:55 #1728767lost 0.4pts on the race tbh at first i wondered whether Docklands is now a bit of a thinker, but he came clear with a horse on his turf debut who just found a bit more. So wont knock the runner up to much
April 30, 2025 at 14:39 #1728773one early bet for Friday 1PT WIN Fifty Nifty 7/4 still with BV,laddies , corals and a few books have not heard of
Loves the track going not a problem and maybe slightly unlucky last time(holds a couple of these on that run)
The one that worries me a little bit is Physique just think there is a race in him(hopefully not in this)May 1, 2025 at 15:09 #1728858Looks a really good renewal of The Suffolk on saturday
Galeron although he dont win very often if you go back far enough he did run 4th in the 2000. Ran ok staying on in The Lincoln, but as said it is a hot race, so am keeping stakes to a minimum
12s 4places with BV/Laddies can get 5 places Sky(but cant get on with them very often) 0.5PTS EW
May 1, 2025 at 15:13 #1728860I am in two minds with my only other selection Saturday (although do have AP voucher Expanded) so again will keep stakes to minimum 0.5PTS EW Crimson Advocate 9/2 3 places Billies. Visually yes she did seem to get the AW mile but still have a doubt about the trip for this once Queen Mary winner
Good luck this classic weekend whatever you play
May 1, 2025 at 17:58 #1728883So close between Expanded and Shadow Of Light in the Dewhurst Nick but you know where my moneys going, even without Buick onboard. Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...May 1, 2025 at 18:48 #1728895Jac, when was the last time a Dewhurst winner and rated top two year old ditched for the 2000 by the retained jockey?
May 2, 2025 at 15:38 #1728957down 1.4PTS last couple of bets +3.8PTS (3 in play)
Writing on the wall there after a furlong, action was awful, well done any one who backed Miss Info, still think there is a race in Physique.
May 3, 2025 at 14:31 #1729197no luck in suffolk came there going ok but found nil nice 9/2 winner at Goodwood
3.4PTS profit on day (expanded bet already taken into account) so will have it as nil in play
+ 7.2 PTS
May 8, 2025 at 13:06 #1729769first bet for Saturday went for the easiest race and chose The Victoria Cup

Right being honest cant get on each way with skybet so cant get the 7 places
both 0.5PTS EW
PP 12/1 5places English Oak good winner of the Buckingham Palace last season and i forgive him his last two efforts one he missed the break and the other the six was to sharp, back on top of the ground think he could run ok
Hickory is the 2nd choice 25s with the same firm, moved yards and joined the Osborne’s, was fourth in this last year off 4LB mark when with Fanshawe(Saffie did ride him) being struck over the nose by another rider during the race would not have helped, all the headgear off for his first outing for new yard,he has ran ok fresh. Downside he dont win to often now days but at the price worth a few shilings
May 9, 2025 at 14:15 #1729864they went under standard in the first at Ascot today, so looks like it will be lively for the Victoria Cup tomorrow
is a tailwind at Ascot but obviously still on quick side
May 9, 2025 at 14:23 #1729867…And under standard in the first at Chester, NW.
Value Is EverythingMay 9, 2025 at 14:26 #1729868thanks Ginge
