I did back Alcantor at bigger prices EW but will not put that up here at the price he is now

in the Prix Royallieu think trip will suit Latakia 1PT EW at 7/2

also backed the tough and consistent Rashabar at 7/1 EW three places 1PT

and finally in the Sun Chariot

two small 0.5pts EW Catherdral 22/1 various and Blue Bolt 15/2

Hope you all have a great weekend, did a lot of bets this week to push myself due to my onset dementia according to the scans has advanced and want to see if I am still up to all the form study. Now where did i put my lunch

Nick.Big apologies for not coming here on your Thread to wish you well lately Ive been so busy concentrating on my own Thread when I should have paid a visit here I didn’t realise you were unwell and so sorry to hear that you have been going through it lately with a tough operation and onset dementia and want you to know we are all here for you as always. :rose:

I really enjoy mulling over Newmarket with you Nick and hope you maybe had a little saver on Fallen Angel today..she was amazing.

My lovely See The Fire 5/2runs in the Prix d’laOpera tomorrow and I have had an EW bet on Qilin Queen 25/1 who is a tough filly and could run a good race. :good:

In the Prix de la Foret Ive gone for
Zoum Zoum 50/1 EW who really needs to step up her game but loves the soft ground and Longchamp has had plenty of rain today. 🌧 🌦 🌂

I’ll be cheering your selections home too Nick and hope you see a nice return tomorrow.

    My Arc hopefuls are..
    Cualificar – EW
    White Birch – EW
    Aventùre – WIN

    Jac

Thanks Jac :rose:  for kind words, the boxing is keeping me afloat and had a nice win on the fight not to go the distance last night.
The illness is one of those things could have been worse at first they thought it was picks diesease(sp?) which is only a year to live but after some nuclear tests that bit was ruled out. Last year have noticed a big change but me and my children laugh about it, what else can you do and i would not change my boxing past even though they blame that for the illness.
Anyway on a lighter front lets get some winners again and Chelsea cheered me up yesterday, btw anymore 50/1 winners lurking about from you. Take care and thanks again for the kind words

It’s so easy to blame boxing for neurological problems Nick but so many who don’t partake sadly are diagnosed.
You are doing the right thing by surrounding yourself with family and continuing to do all the things you love.

Well done with Chelsea winning yesterday :yahoo: and as for another 50/1 winner well it could come in the Prix Foret if Zoum Zoum comes home today I took 66/1 EW for her. :good:

Look forward to cheering home a few winners today Nick I think your Sosie has a great chance but have pinned my hopes on Aventure with a couple of place bets on Cualificar and White Birch. :good:

    I’m Looking forward to seeing
See The Fire romp home in the Prix d l”Opera  I love her so much.
Good luck with Tamfana :good: it’s going to be a cracking race

    Take care

In the Dewhurst have again gone along with Coolmore 2nd string. He pulled hard last time out when beaten by some of these and even in the Acomb i dont think he had things go his way. Maybe I am making to many excuses for Italy  but at double figure prices have played 0.5PTS EW 11/1 laddies and BV

was questioning whether to get involved with this selection but just think now at the prices is worth play with the EW terms on offer

1.30 York Northern Express 0.5PTS at 7s available with many firms and five places on offer (skybet actually have six places) but my sixpence each way would not pass their traders

good luck today if you play, tbh cant make head nor tale of the Challenge or tomorrows Darley

Could well have another bet on tomorrows boxing card, bur will wait till tonights weigh in

padley to stop bellotti is worth a 2PT play at 16/5 tonight on the uncderard of Allen

Bellotti in his prime probably would have been the way to play this fight, but Reece is on the way down while Josh is on a high at present, not the biggest banger in the world but Padley might just hit Bellotti to many times

been a very tough season on the flat for (probably hardest in an awful long time)

+5.4PTS for year so can get a pack of 4 heinz beans

Onwards and hopefully upwards to Ascot and Meydan where I can look into Meydan thread(great chat on there btw) during winter to keep me warm, because with my profit i wont be able to put the heating on ;-)

Both boxers won last night but both went distance

    +16.6 on the boxing
