Well ordinarily I would have said welcome to the forum, Richard, but I find your first post somewhat rude.
Jinny – Richard Gibson (for it is he) was also the name of the guy who played Herr Flick in
‘Allo ‘Allo
. Coincidence? Probably not.

Anyway "Richard"…..not a very endearing first post.
May 7, 2009 at 16:11 #226127Hi all, I was reading the posts at the beginning of this thread and thought you may like to know that I have Wendy Craig now. She is in North Wales and has found her niche as an all round riding horse. She is such a great character and can turn her hand to anything. I am going to start showing her this season and then do a bit of cross country and show jumping next year.
I have posted some pictures on http://www.freewebs.com/wendycraig – she looks a lot different to some of the pics from last year. The first picture is of her being beaten in a race accross the field by my 19 year old arthritic arab!!!
May 7, 2009 at 16:13 #226129That’s great to hear, thanks very much, serbask.

May 7, 2009 at 22:56 #226202I was thinking more along the lines of "takes all sorts" but I’ll go along with your "special"

Great news about Wendy, thanks for telling us how she is serbask. She looks really happy in the pics
May 10, 2009 at 19:14 #226663No problem
May 14, 2009 at 15:29 #227539Good to hear some positive news about Wendy.
Divine Spirit declared to run on Saturday at Thirsk where a littel bit more rain wouldn’t go amiss.
May 15, 2009 at 09:58 #227765It’s been tippping it down all night here so you could get your wish.
May 16, 2009 at 20:36 #228096Hugely unlucky there, Guys! Listening to commentary so not easy to make out what was happening but I gather winner lost her stirrups but still pipped you?
Still great run and I hope some of you were on e/w – fingers crossed next time – sounds like a win is overdue!
May 16, 2009 at 22:44 #228113What brilliant news! I don’t get Racing UK so I missed it, how exciting! Isn’t it nice to get a decent chance of a win again? Congratulations folks!
May 16, 2009 at 23:44 #228122Very pleased with that, the rain came just in time.
Probably a little flattered in light of Amy losing her iron on the winner but he seems more forward than usual and may have to take his chance on Friday at Haydock before the handicapper reassesses his mark.
You can watch a race replay on RUK’s website (free to register) if you wish.
May 17, 2009 at 22:31 #228332I registered especially, but my old crappy computer won’t support that level of video technology
