Haven’t had a look at this race yet but the RP mentions that the race was re-opened and now has 10 entries. Can anybody (apracing maybe) tell us which horses were entered following the re-entry stage?

If it’s just been announced David they probably won’t have them yet.
If you know any horse likely to run you could try searching it’s name and go to it’s future entries on the Racing Post web site.
May 8, 2009 at 21:03 #226409Incorrect Mr Fist, they just closed the re-opened stage otherwise they wouldnt have known the total number of entries

The entries are…..
Aromatic (Gosden)
Dancing Wave (Chapman)
Enticement (Stoute)
High Heeled (Hills)
Maidin Maith (Bolger)
Mooakada (Gosden)
Pachattack (Butler)
Oh Goodness Me (Bolger)
Sariska (Bell)
Star Ruby (Chapple-Hyam)Interesting that Bolger has entered maiden winner Maidin Maith for this. He must think he’s a bit decent…..especially after this was the race Lush Lashes hacked up in last year. Could she be something special?
Great list of entries though in my opinion. If they all stand their ground this will be a competitive Musidora
May 8, 2009 at 21:34 #226410I would rather go with Oh Goodness Me who has some very good form and is by Galileo. Her most recent run at the Curragh was quite impressive.Never runs a bad race.SeeATR.Maidin Maith is by Montjeu whose fillies don’t seem to go on.

May 9, 2009 at 07:43 #226461oh goodness me runs in france on sunday.
May 9, 2009 at 15:44 #226506I’ll be hoping for a big run from Sariska. Already backed her for the Oaks so I will be hoping she can take this step in her stride.

The lads at Barry Hills yard must be rubbing their hands tonight.
With a good chance of some rain tonight High Heeled 11/4 ?????
That wont be there for long get on lads.
May 12, 2009 at 17:16 #227131Enticement for me. Form is working out very well.
May 12, 2009 at 21:49 #227162I WAS going to back High Heeled at 3s, but York isnt forecast any rain until Wed evening, with strong winds tomorrow afternoon.
It will be quick ground for sure tmrw
May 12, 2009 at 22:05 #227165Enticement gets the vote for me. And after the ride he gave one of the queens horses at chester last week i’d be surprised if he mucked this one up. 2/1 looks fair imo.
May 12, 2009 at 22:17 #227168Enticement for me too
This is almost close to a clean sweep!
May 12, 2009 at 22:42 #227176Certainly a race that needs paddock inpection.
I am in the Enticement Camp on this one, just a case of seeing how well they have wintered.

I haven’t looked at the race at all as yet, but at first glance
Sariska
stands out. Jamie Spencer gave her an abismal ride on her reappearance behind Lahaleeb and Super Sleuth, and she promises to be much better over this sort of trip.
Enticement, if memory serves, beat the aforemetioned Super Sleuth and Midday on her second start last year, but I seem to remember her failing to improve away from Tottie and that worries me slightly (and that ignores the fact that the two last-named are vastly better animals this year).
May 12, 2009 at 23:40 #227184Agree with you there Equitrack. Sariska really is the apple of Michael Bell’s eye and I think (well hope) that the 3/1 on her will look somewhat daft after the event.
I expect Enticement to strike for home first, High Heeled and Sariska to follow. High Heeled won’t be able to land a blow and Sariska will reel in Enticement and win well…………….
NB Jamie, I hope your reading this! Surely you can’t get in to trouble in this small field?!
Here’s hoping anyway, I’m not usually a bullish character, but am quite confident of the outcome here.
May 12, 2009 at 23:48 #227185What’s the deduction if high heeled pulls out again – 30% ?
