Thanks for the chin up Nick..I certainly feel pretty mad a PP site I tried on my mobile and online the race was floating about in the Bermuda Triangle as it reappeared after the race had run.

I’m moving on 😄 and as you say Super Saturday next week..
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 21, 2026 at 14:34 #1755673I’ve got my 3 in for the competition and wasn’t going to change them just
because I latterly noticed an old friend of mine, Green Book, in the 2.55
at Chepstow. Only thing is he was off for a very long time before coming
back in Dec 25 at Sandown and Windsor in January. He didn’t show up in either
but he was entitled to need them. If he’s got over his injury/illness and has
kept some of his better form then the 20/1 with Bet365 seems worth chancing a
few quid e/w.2.55 Chepstow – Green Book 20/1 e/w Bet365
February 21, 2026 at 15:22 #1755704Well I think Green Book was a bit of heart before head. I
don’t like to think he’s done yet, he was a decent horse,
but if he runs another like that I think someone should
slip the slippers and pipe into his box. He’s done enough
to let himn run about in the field with his pals
February 21, 2026 at 21:36 #1755814Hopefully the golf will come to my rescue again, although there’s still
the 3rd round ongoing and a 4th to come. My man Aldrich Potgeiter 350/1
with Bet365 is currently T3 and I’m getting offered £620. His potential
is £8,790. I doubt he will win, but if he can keep up there B365 are going
to try and entice me with a bit more cash, and they just might do it. I’ll
see where we’re going after tonight. He’s played 12 holes and is 6 under for
his round at 12 under which is 2 shots off the lead. He’s just gone 3rd on
his own and Bet365 are offering £914. I’ll screen shot it in case anyone
doesn’t believe. I can hardly believe
February 21, 2026 at 21:38 #1755816He dropped to £879 before I could take it, but I’ve got the screenshot
February 21, 2026 at 21:57 #1755823Shame about Green Book Graham .. my 3 x horses went down too and my 33/1 Nap Military Academy was 3rd (5 runners
).
Hey ho..Your golf bet is amazing you always pull one out of the hat…Well done
No need to put up a screenshot we 100% believe you.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 21, 2026 at 22:24 #1755826February 21, 2026 at 22:38 #1755828As long as he can stay in the top 5, and he’s T2nd with 2 to go,
that would be over £1,800 so I won’t be taking any less than that.
The leader is 5 ahead having played 12 holes. If he continues his
run of birdies their offer will go down, but as long as he stays
in the top 5 (that’s a big if) it doesn’t matter
Still 1 day to go after today
February 22, 2026 at 03:07 #1755842£1.3K is very tempting for a £40 stake Graham – I’d be very tempted, as he has no real chance to win the tournament.
My Pick 3 selections continue to disappoint. I had The Doyen Chief second at 14/1.
Hope everyone is doing well.
Take Care AllPS Good luck with your golf bet if you let it roll, Graham
February 22, 2026 at 08:30 #1755849He went down a bit as he bogied the last Andre and is 3rd. £962.o7.
A grand in the hand as they say. I’ll be watching like a hawk at the
start for guys cominf from behind before he gets on the tee, If that
looks to be happening I’ll cash out quicker than Mike. If he’s still
sitting 3rd when he starts I;ll watch where he;s going at the start.
I agree he can’t (well probably not) win, so it’s £1,800 against a
guaranteed grand. I take your point Sir
February 22, 2026 at 20:28 #1755950Potgieter eagled the 1st, parred the 2nd and in the par 4 3rd he hit it
into a thicket and had to take a drop then hit it into the greenside
bunker with his third, quicker than Mike I took the £1,109 that was on offer.
I reckon that was the best shot seeing as he was never going to catch the
leader and too risky turning down £1,109. I’m very happy with that
February 22, 2026 at 22:50 #1755967Smart choice Graham! Congrats – love that for you
February 22, 2026 at 23:38 #1755979Cheers Andre, the fact that he finished 5th on his own doesn’t
matter a jot, it was the right decision at that time to take
the cashout. More than happy with that
February 24, 2026 at 23:49 #1756178Well done Graham a wise decision.
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 24, 2026 at 23:51 #1756179No sure if this link will work but it is the most beautiful tribute to past racehorses I have ever seen.
Certainly brought tears to my eyes..
RIP to them all. ❤️Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 25, 2026 at 07:50 #1756184Runners up for super Saturday, hope Jac can put link up as am on iPad

February 25, 2026 at 08:33 #1756189Thanks for the link Nick will be taking a look after my IT course this morning.
I was hoping to see Dance To The Music lining up but she has been withdrawn from Godolphin’s list of horses in the Fantasy stable competition so must presume she has had some sort of setback.
Hope she’s ok.
