Well I got out of trouble with my 18/1 Bright Start EW bet. Hayley tried so hard to win with him he had quite a hard race in 3rd..in contrast Arabian Romance never looked happy.
William Haggas is firing on all barrels at the moment znd hard to beat.

Keep looking out for those special one’s each day and see if we can end the week on a winning streak.. :good:

Hope you had a little EW Bright Start Graham? Jac :rose:

Well done Jac with Bright Start, I’m afraid I wasn’t bright enough to back it
Just the 2 that I backed, quite happy with Arabic Charm, I’m sure I’ll get a
nice return from her when conditions are right. Arabian Romance was a big
disappointment, too bad a run to be true after the promise of her 1st run.

Not to worry, plenty of time to right the ship later in the week :good:

Great stuff Jac, you’re on a bit of a role at the moment, keep it up to the weekend :good:

I’ve been out for most of the day, I had to head to hospital to get a covid-19 test
before a procedure I’ve to go for on friday (nothing to worry about). I’ll have a
look at it when the Racing Post have it available, normally 30 mins but still not
    ready yet.

Have you seen who has an entry at the weekend Jac..??

    SNOW LANTERN
    Sire: Frankel (UK)
    Dam: Sky Lantern (IRE)

Think I posted a photo of her when she was a foal
Nice that Richard Hannon has her too as he done a great job with Sky Lantern

Wish I could be there to see her

Graham hope you got to have a look at the race .. Miss Jingles 4.25 worth keeping on your tracker for those 5f dashes. :good: I went on to invest a little on Geranium who also won and then just missed getting a double up with Enemy in the 7.00pm who would have won but for not being quick enough to seize an advantageuos gap and having to switch.
The race won by Cieron Fallon on the 50/1 outsider The First King was one of the most excitig finishes I have seen for a long time..you must watch it.. :good:

Hope all went well for you today Graham with the covid-19 testing and that you get on alright on Friday. :rose: Jac

Miss Jingles was a worthy winner Jac, she showed a great attitude in only her 2nd race,
I’ll keep an eye for her.

I was very impressed by Geranium, he looks a very decent sort. I think the handicapper
will hammer him for that, he pulled clear and I can see a 6 or 7lbs lumped on. Even that
might not be enough to stop him next time if he can keep his form.

I really like young Cieran Fallon, I think he could see that what was going to happen
and closed the door on Enemy. I’ve no doubt that if Oisen had managed to get through
the gap he would have won, it stopped his momentum when he had to switch. He was a very
unlucky loser. Superb race to watch, Fallon at his best and a real thriller of a finish :good:

    Cheers Nick :good:

Graham you were so right about young Cieren Fallon I watched that race again and he had Enemy in his sights from the get go..a superbly plotted ride.
Expect Enemy to be odds on next time he appears but what a race that was :good:

Staying with the Godolphin theme of our Thread today and having looked through a lot of low key races today hoping to keep the winning roll going with ..

    12 45 Yarmouth .. My Vision .. 11/2

Usually look for a decent John Gosden runner at Yarmouth but both the first two in the betting don’t seem to have lived up to expectations so taking a chance with Saeed Bin Suroor’s only runner today My Vision who caught the eye when running at Haydock last month when 2nd to Fiesta de Vega with recent winner Roberto Escobarr in 3rd, he then went on to run well in his last race when 3rd to Grand Bazaar keeping on at the finish.
Solid EW claims today with first time headgear fitted, hopefully an early win for SBS and home in time for tea.

Best of luck if you have a bet today.
    :good: Jac

I also backed Enemy and agree that Fallon won the race with that great move and well within the rules. Good to see jockeys making moves without having to be careless.
Did anyone catch the Chepstow race that Bal Mal won, I backed Bal Mal but thought the ride on Prince of Rome was tender especially near the end and another smack or a more vigorous ride he’d have won.
Good luck with your picks today guys

I just watched it Nathan and you must have breathed a sigh of relief when Bal Mal stayed on well to win …well done with him. :good:

Good observations on Prince Of Rome with jockey on Bal Mal all out to win Prince Of Rome was just given a hands and heels finish…impressive as it was on the nod at the post definitely one for the notebook.. :rose: Jac

Have to draw a line under that one absolutely mugged in the last strides and probably cost him a place. He looked good 2f out in the lead but unable to quicken and pull away from the field although he didn’t give up without a fight before being hampered and stopped racing. :rose:
Beans on toast for SBS tonight.

Not a jockey basher but think Rab Havlin could be in trouble.

It looked pretty dangerous stuff Nick could have been horses and jockeys injured there. Jac
