I always listen to the build up to the Melbourne Cup on Radio Sport 927 but, since I changed my computer everything I can get all the things I couldn’t get before but not Radio sport [which I could]. I can get recorded interviews etc but not live radio. Does anyone have a link that could get me onto it [or know an alternative Australian channel].
October 22, 2015 at 19:19 #1218485Here is the “link” – the live broadcasts works with Opera, Firefox, IE & Microsoft Edge browsers:
October 23, 2015 at 10:51 #1218532Still won’t let me listen to live racing
October 23, 2015 at 11:46 #1218536Thank you Matron, working for me on Mozilla Firefox.

Looks like it’s Melbourne Cup night at yours then TimJames [put the kettle on]…You’re welcome Mo
Are you being geographically blocked by Radio Sport ?October 23, 2015 at 13:37 #1218558It says ‘we didn’t find any playable stream’. Whenever my son looks at the computer he always leaves something not working! I’ll ask the chap at the computer shop where I bought it. Having been without a computer for a while I daren’t risk
downloading something that might cause a problem.October 23, 2015 at 14:05 #1218561Did you put “Radio Sport 927” into Google Search, Moe?
I’m finding lots of links to working live streams for that radio station on there.
October 23, 2015 at 14:25 #1218565Yes, and tried most of them making sure it was the middle of the night and that live racing would be on! Haven’t yet tried any links to the Breeders Cup either. At least I’ve got a while to get it sorted. I like having Radio Sport on because I pretend I’m in Australia [bit sad really…]
October 23, 2015 at 14:51 #1218568They are broadcasting now.
It is probably something quite simple to be sorted for you.
October 24, 2015 at 02:01 #1218690Got it on my tablet and found another channel that works on the computer. Scared to turn it off now!

November 2, 2015 at 11:41 #1220121I’ve got Radio sport on now [in fact it’s been on all night…scared to turn it off in case it doesn’t come back on again]. I wish we had a race in this country that grabbed the attention of the whole nation the way the Melbourne Cup does. I daren’t even mention racing to anyone these days; it seems to be so frowned upon by most people.
