I am probably fortunate others aren’t like me as, if they were, none of these racing channels would exist, including ITV Racing, whose viewing figures would be literally zero.
The pictures I watch of the live action on betting apps are supplied by RacingTV or ATR, so those who pay for packages (including the betting site commercially) involving them are providing me with free pictures.
Thanks!

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"January 9, 2024 at 15:09 #1676755I’d rather watch on a 50″ screen than a laptop or mobile, thanks.
January 9, 2024 at 18:38 #1676763Scrub out my earlier comments. Chapman is talking absolute rubbish about the beaten favourite in the 6.30 at Southwell.

How awfully nouveau riche.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"January 9, 2024 at 21:07 #1676772Ian are you particularly hard up or just as tight as two coats of paint?
There can be no fun whatsoever garnered from watching a racing feed on a mobile phone when the alternative is a large screen tv. Be that itv, sky racing or racing tv.
It’s virtually impossible to get a decent perspective of what’s happening!
January 9, 2024 at 21:52 #1676777I’m as poor as a church mouse who has had to remortgage the church, TC.
Though admittedly there is a somewhat more than remote possibility I’m also as tight as the aforementioned plural coats of paint.
We all have our our personal idea of what constitutes “fun” and, anyway, it’s my understanding that you get the exact same images regardless of the size of screen you are viewing – you don’t see more on a big eff off telly, just the same stuff bigger.
Anyway, many thanks to you, sir, for subscribing.
So I don’t have to.

I’m happy to do my bit for those less fortunate though!
Giving to Romanian orphanages is so 1980’s!
January 10, 2024 at 10:18 #1676809I’m definitely less fortunate than you, TC!
I’m thinking of setting up a food bank for myself, actually – all food items donated to me from the Waitrose range only though, maybe M&S Food Hall at a push.
Anyway, even though I never even watch it, muted or otherwise, I can’t knock ITV Racing for the scale of their coverage.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"January 10, 2024 at 10:36 #1676810Just over 150000 people that’s about 300,000 eyes accounting for the one eyed and the socket less were packed into Louisville for the big event. Forbes have described the Kentucky Durby as the biggest bucket list event in the world
Mage was only the fourth horse to win after only four starts. He had won just one solitary race and he triumphed by a length with a time of 2:01.57.
Initially, he broke slowly and was near the back of the pack. Verifying, Kingsbarns and Reincarnate set a fast pace with fractions of :22.35, :45.73 and 1:10.11. Mage was in sixth place by the mile marker. He charged to the outside of Two Phil’s, overtook Two Phil’s down the stretch and held off Two Phil’s and Angel of Empire for the win.
Seven years ago in Romania 2000 people shuffled around to watch the first Arabian race horse in the country for many many years. Few carried bucket lists !
January 10, 2024 at 11:10 #1676814Blind Dave reckons he needs the sound on when watching ITV racing
yet still has the ability to take a frame off me at billiards with only a 15 handicap lead..Blackbeard to conquer the World
January 17, 2024 at 17:52 #1677670Just seen that ITV3 will be showing some races over the weekend. Is this a new thing? I thought ITV4 was their sports channel.
January 17, 2024 at 18:06 #1677673It is usually on ITV4, BC.
But has been on ITV3 before when there is another sports event on ITV4Value Is EverythingJanuary 17, 2024 at 20:28 #1677682I’m enjoying watching the big bash league in oz and the clichés in commentary are constant. How hard is it to have observations that are interesting and informative. Worst for me is Fitz with he’s a great lad after every youngster wins a race. Maybe we should have a cliche ometer to see who the worst offender is.
January 17, 2024 at 20:41 #1677684I don’t dislike Fitzy but he is annoying as a pundit. Kevin Blake, Ruby Walsh, Tom Scudamore and Adele will do me.
The things I want most in life are the things that I can't win.
