2.10 Pontefract. Trainer had two in race before withdrawing possible favourite. His other runner, BATEAU BLEU is currently 16/1. Has won over distance (10 furlongs) three runs ago, since run at Wolves last October over inadequate mile, staying on to be fourth. Next out in July over 1mile 1 and 1/2 at Beverley only beaten 3 lengths ridden and staying on final furlong. I cannot see this one out of the frame. If the trainer, Haslam, switches the jockey and Quinlan rides start counting your dosh now.

For one reason or another, I cannot study form today, so I’m going to back yours, the two Tregoning horses, and the first horse I come across ridden by Francis Norton, in a L15, four extra singles and an extra each way accumulator.
