Gord i had a bad start today in the bookies 5 bets all lose but my old friend NOCTURNAL AFFAIR won at 6/1 at Meydan and City Style in the last as well. What you think of NOCTURNAL AFFAIR i think he pick up a group race on the turf this year.Won the Portland handicap very well too.
As soon as i saw the result I thought of you Darren,Its all about keeping the faith.Well done mate! However Group 3 is his limit,
Prohibit
is the horse to take out of the race and a clash with
Margot Did
whets the appetite for future clashes.I know someone who thinks the filly is the fastest horse in the UK!

Inxile will come home and win the Cammidge
! Trust me on that one!

She would beat Frankel in a 1 furlong race on the bridle………

Darren I wouldn’t put anybody off their fancy in the National as there’s a bit more than form to consider,Luck, luck and a bit more luck but I will have my usual 5 horses running for me as its the greatest race in the world and I get totally absorbed in it!
1,Calgary Bay
50/1, He has everything and at last is showing just what I always saw in him, bout time mind!
2,Junior
,20/1,I have to include him for obvious reasons!
3,Sunnyhill Boy
40/1, has the ability but its heads or tails as to whether he shows it!
4 and 5 to follow!

Glad you think Realt Dubh will still be on the premises at the last Gord. Realt Dubh finding zero? He’s no Harchi

Tommy,he’d be a major player if he had a clear run at preparing for the race, like you say his form through ‘Noble Prince’ should make him the 4/1fav! Some race though eh?

Some race alright! He’s 20/1 now but he probably won’t go off any shorter than 12/1 considering the lack of a run, even if he should arguably be shorter. The lack of a run is of course a concern, but I can’t see Noel Meade sending him over at anything short of his best either. Ryanair and Punchestown Gold Cup would be a nice end of season double eh?
February 24, 2012 at 23:17 #393458Tommy there’s no denying it
Realt Dubh
is a player,if he were to win on his seasonal debut it would be remarkable,I just cant see him coping with my 2,who i really cant split!
February 25, 2012 at 13:53 #393552Surely if this Minsk harbours any Triumph hopes then he should be winning handsomely today? 8/11 is a good price IMO!

Looks a bit gangly to me rich,I wouldn’t give him any chance after today and neither would I give
Dildar
any hope either! He really shoved it up us today! Great to see
Oh Crick
show a resurgence in ability and as for
Hectors Choice
hitting 1/5 in running!
February 25, 2012 at 20:50 #393636While you have got a good price about Hector’s Choice KF, he has been penalized for running good races without winning. His handicap mark looks too high. Not convinced the step up in trip will suit although given his style of running he could well trade at much lower odds in-running affording you a nice profit.
From your last post I assume you didn’t.
February 25, 2012 at 20:59 #393637Eclipse from a long way out today it was a 2 horse race,i stood to win £500 from very small stakes on
Hectors choice
at silly prices,I could have laid the bet off for a profit like you said, the thought crossed my mind when he hit the front 3 from home as again like you say the trip was an unknown,as Hector hit the front coming off the bend,
Nacarat
traded at an incredible 20/1 for what seemed like a milisecond, everyone who watches Horseracing knew he wouldn’t stop so I missed out twice today! More fool me!
On the other handPortrait King
traded at a solid 7/2 for the majority of his race and to this judge he was always travelling like the winner, swings and roundabouts eh?
February 29, 2012 at 09:26 #394142Just caught the Worlds Greatest band on the BBC 1 News with Bill and Sian and as usual the intro to ‘No More Heroes’ has got me buzzin!
The Stranglers
kick off their annual tour tomorrow night in Leeds and ‘TAPKinBlack’ will be there as I will at Lincoln,Sheffield, possibly Oxford if I can get Claire to come with me (Calgarys Lass) and of course the worlds greatest venue Rock City!Bring it on, The Stranglers and Cheltenham!!
Life doesn’t get any better, whilst I’m studying for these big races their music is always on in the background Inspiring me to pull one of my famous 40/1 touches off!
February 29, 2012 at 17:08 #394207Will you be backing REGAL PARADE at Meydan tomorrow if you say yes am sure Zarkava will have a heartattack
March 1, 2012 at 21:57 #394403No, I’ll just shake my head a lot and then sigh loudly when he gets beaten.
March 2, 2012 at 09:43 #394460Will you be backing REGAL PARADE at Meydan tomorrow if you say yes am sure Zarkava will have a heartattack

darren I know its aftertiming and I’ll get absolutely slated for it but who cares eh? Yes I did back
Regal Parade
,I had £50 e/w on him! Just watch the stick I get now for being an Aftertiming B*stard!
March 2, 2012 at 10:01 #394461Yes but did you back it on the live run or a replay?
March 2, 2012 at 10:23 #394464If it had been on the replay I would have laid the bet off Eclipse!
March 2, 2012 at 13:45 #394506KF: In case you have not heard:
