haha, unfortunately, the odds are not right. I thought you might have gone in a bit stronger on Magical,GT, current odds on BF 5.30/5.40. Would you top up at 5.40 to 5.70?

Doing my best to jinx Enable for the TTF, Mtoto. Tomorrow will be make or brake for me, but you’re sitting pretty right now. So you may not even need Enable.

I wouldn’t top up yet on Magical. Enable is the public horse and whatever value seekers might think, Magical might lengthen further given she’s already twice been beaten by the Gosden horse.

Yes. I can see the Coolmore pacemaker trying to set a slow pace. Enable might need to set her own running.

Copper Knight is a York horse so can excuse him the Goodwood run, Istabraq. Should be back to form here, but has only won a Listed contest by 1/2 length (with only short head, neck and head back to the 3rd 4th and 5th)… Those distances suggest the form is no better than listed level… And I thought the third that day Poetry would’ve pushed him hard with a clear run. Stable are in good form though and you could argue (ignoring Goodwood) he’s progressive. Can see some improvement coming, but is a 5 year old and already outrun his pedigree in terms of ability. So can’t see him making the stone difference needed to beat a top form Battaash or Ten Sovereigns or troubling Mabs Cross. He’s also usually a prominent racer. Although York tends to favour prominent runners – especially when conditions are fast as today; IF there is a big upset – then with Battaash and Ten Sovereigns being both prominent runners… If taking on the front two I’d be more inclined to favour a hold up horse and hope they cut each others throats. Garrus is an interesting hold up horse. Charlie Hills hasn’t had him long and there is no better sprint trainer (although tbh he isn’t in as good form as I’d like at the moment). If he was in better form I’d make Battaash favourite over Ten Sovereigns, where as at the moment I have:

    Ten Sovereigns 40% 6/4
    Battaash 36% 7/4
    Mabs Cross 14% 6/1
    Field 10% 9/1
