Can not believe Tiger Cliff’s price. Suspect the trainer has cast doubt about the ground. Fair enough "firm" could still be a problem, but is proven on good-firm. Before the Ebor (won) I seem to remember connections were worried about it being too soft. Given too much to do and should have won the Ascot Stakes (2 1/2 miles) last year; finishing really well. Already better than any other recent winner of this race.
I make him a 33% 2/1 shot, now 4/1!!!!

Out of interest did you hear the Frankie anecdote this morning on the morning line re: Hillstar…. he said he rode work on Estimate with Hillstar and Estimate ran all over him… Tom Segal and the others were then questioning his speed for this!!
