Careful guys or the deranged Mr. Lake might start a thread about you on betfair chit chat
April 16, 2014 at 20:02 #475850The Craven was fantastic today ….proper racing
Was it ? Must have missed that one.
April 16, 2014 at 20:49 #475863The Craven was fantastic today ….proper racing
DONT BET ON THE AW ,,,BOYCOTT
IT …its bent through and through
As for you guys I am not biting , if you want to do school ground stuff go right ahead
Knock yourself out …..and yes My figures were right , your childish argument Aron was just laughable
Case Proven ……
imo
There are no ends to the man’s talent. Using his time machine he fast forwarded to watch the Craven tomorrow.

Give us the winner Ricky and we can all make a few bob.
April 16, 2014 at 21:04 #475864Folks on the Cusp of the Craven , some proper racing gets into gear now , gone are the dark days of winter plus the dross AW racing that comes with it …class 7 puke fest …class 6 dodge fest ,,,
Dont bet on it …..Dont watch it …..Ignore it IS IN MY OPINION …bent from start to finish .. as we approach the flagship Good Friday , just remember how much has been lost , cheated , fiddled , to get to this point .
The flags will be waived on friday as a new dawn for British racing , but in reality its a shame that this crap is allowed to happen , it was meant to be a back up for days when bad weather made Turf racing a no go …but it has mushroomed into a large chunk of our fixtures ….almost 30 per cent ..and bigger if the bookies get their way ….
AW racing is the weak point of British racing , the scandals continue to come and go , but still the programme goes on , the money men must be sated , the levy protected … at what cost …
Er your cost actually , you the punters , the bettors , the supporters , treated like mugs at each and every opportunity
Ignore it folks ,…its the only hope for proper racing to be restored to its rightful place
In my opinion of course
This thread reads better than a
novel

Aron
as always you talk a pile of shite

the fixture list for 2013 as a whole had 30 per cent AW
who cares which trainer ran where
your argument is as always fragnmented and puerile
Get a grip man

imo
Ricky eat a snickers you’re turning into a right diva.
April 16, 2014 at 21:11 #475866Ken knows 2 blokes and a name dropper who may make cash on the AW,….the bookies know 300 thousand who lose on a regular basis …you have to do better son !!!
It’s things like that give me even more incentive to learn more about all weather. The people I’ve named have proved you can win betting on it, however small their number may be. The more that lose on it the better as far as I am concerned. To me I am betting against other punters so if I can find an area of racing which nearly everyone else finds difficult that’s the area I want to concentrate on.
On an earlier thread Ricky you took a pop at Ginger saying he was ignoring your points so why don’t you answer the question I posed on here earlier ? You said it was bent all the way through so name the races, jockeys and trainers that are bent. I respect your right to hold an opinion but at least try and back it up.
April 16, 2014 at 21:46 #475870I’m not keen on this so called All Weather Championships……
AW racing should be for the working class horses not the equine toffs……..they’ve got Ascot and Newmarket
April 16, 2014 at 22:13 #475873Ertijaal was only half fit the last time, used up a lot of speed early on from a wide draw, pulled when Hanaghan tried to slow him down once in a good position and still won, only just. Will hack up on Friday.
Sorry Ricky if the price is right I’m having a tenner on.Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
April 16, 2014 at 22:29 #475875Nick Mordin wrote in WeekEnder today with evidence of how the AW quality was improving year on year. It is now only a few pounds behind the turf average. Also, the number of top horses starting their careers on the AW and the top trainers UK, Ireland and France, running horses on the AW are all on the increase. He gave his usual simple system that has proved profitable to date with a few minutes work.
April 16, 2014 at 22:42 #475878Good to see some sensible replies on this thread, counteracting Ricky and his nonsense.
My God its so simple on the All Weather!
In 2014 by just backing the favourite if it won last time out, you’d be +77 points ahead, showing a 24% return on your investment (314 bets).
You’d be packing your speedos and heading to Vegas…..but not with Ricky, the miserable, potless git.
April 17, 2014 at 07:13 #475883I have a book ‘Gold from the Sand’ – is this still relevant to AW racing or is there something better to read nowadays?

Spot on, and it would be nice to think that these wise words – not infrequently made but rarely, it seems, assimilated – will bring the curtain down on this daft, if very entertaining thread
As for the Craven Meeting, good and informative sport it is but punting-wise only ever resulted in a drooping of this punter’s warm winter bulge
If I were an AW punter I’d be relishing tomorrow’s feast and the other ‘late season’ AW meetings – all that recent form in the book, wow
In Spring this old man’s fancy turns to thoughts of three days at Perth and a merry, busy chasing May, despite being repeatedly informed that the NH season ‘ends’ at Sandown in late April
April 17, 2014 at 09:46 #475896Enjoyable thread in the main ….I think Cav and Ken must be bookie advocates for sure

enjoy losing friends
imo
April 17, 2014 at 10:30 #475903Ricky, yourself and wolfie must have learned a lot from politicians. When asked a question you don’t like and asked to give evidence to back up your statements you just ignore it.

Give Ricky his due Ken; he doesn’t
"ignore"
the question, but instead of answering he just replies with personal insults.
Value Is EverythingApril 17, 2014 at 10:39 #475906Look forward to the meet up at the Lockinge Ricky.
Value Is EverythingApril 17, 2014 at 10:40 #475907Ricky is performing a valuable service. We must all be more cynical in these cynical times.
Can anyone name a British institution that is not riven with corruption? Banking, Politics, newspapers and media, Food industry, Police, health trusts. All gone to the dogs. Are we to believe that Racing is in some way immune to the troughing and skulduggery endemic in Britain today?
If evidence is required there is an abundance…Zarooni, Butler, Ahern etc all prominent names coupled to less well known tricksters such as Curley and his blatant disguising of horse’s ability.
April 17, 2014 at 11:02 #475908So why pick on AW only. What about the shite run on the turf and over the jumps
