For me, the ashes is the be all and end all of cricket and while it was pleasing that England made the #1 spot in the rankings, it never quite felt right.
Wont be lasting longing at this rate though, pathetic performances the last two, perhaps any cricket matches played in non-cricketing nations shouldn’t count for ranking points purposes?
