I’ve already earmarked him for this race in two years’ time.
March 17, 2017 at 15:16 #1293087You’re on fire, Charles! Well done.
March 17, 2017 at 16:59 #12931171st Ivanovich Gorbatov
2nd Apple’s Jade (-7lb) (1.25L). 1st Gr1 Mares’ Hurdle.
3rd Footpad (7.25L). 4th Champion Hurdle.
4th Let’s Dance (-7lb) (16L?). 1st Gr2 Mares’ Novice Hurdle.Unless something is horribly wrong, this horse is about 1 1/2 stone well-in.
He hasn’t come close to a victory in his 7 races after the Trimuph last year. Seems to me like he didn’t make any progress.
You are simple-minded.
That’s going to hurt…
Lesson for Cheltenham – it pays to be on a horse ridden by an experienced jockey.
Didn’t see anything wrong with what the jockey did. He is the leading claimer in Ireland this year too. Horse isn’t good enough and has shown all season that he isn’t good enough
Martin pipe winning jockey
March 17, 2017 at 17:22 #1293127I am going to pile into Ivanovich Gorbatov (gone from 11’s which I took into 8’s) and Arctic Fire. That Triumph form from last year is looking very strong indeed
£50 @ 32’s

Well done; I’m sure that almost makes up for so narrowly missing out on the Haribo.

Haha I completely forgot about the Haribo

I just thought he might have raced too close to a very hot pace. The first two came from way off the pace. I’ll check.
