The talented Paul Nicholls trained horse should not be dismissed lightly. Zaynar may need further to be seen at his best.

That was unbelievable.
He looks very, very special.
November 20, 2010 at 15:53 #328894Always cruising at a good pace looks a very nice prospect along with a number of nice horses already this early in the season.

Can’t argue that it wasnt impressive AJ; though Zaynar beat the same horse a similar distance last year – yet some deemed it a tinpot race.

If it turns out that Karabak hasn’t improved on last season’s performances, reet, I’ll gladly add the tin-pot label to this race too. However, with Alan King in markedly better form I suspect Siliviano Conti has achieved a good deal more than Zaynar did 12 months ago.
A decent time as well.

Silviniaco Conti for me. Is race fit and recent form has been franked elsewhere.
Good fortnight for bigphil
November 21, 2010 at 09:39 #328996Fantastic display from the winner, although the quotes for the Champion Hurdle are laughable.
November 22, 2010 at 17:35 #329264Zaynar I don’t think likes his racing, looked disinterested and looked awkward to ride.
