Bugger. I have backed Butlers Cabin it ints last 4 runs and deserted it to lump on the favourite. Taking the gloss of my day.

I think Gungadu was beat when it fell in any case.

I used all my luck up too early. Had the last race between Oscar Park, Osfanni and Refinement. Guess which two I backed and which I left out? Drat.

Hope everyone else had a good day.

Put it this way mate, if anybody introduces a bet where you can have a ‘lay placepot’ only Mighty Man would have let me down.

    :(

Give it an hour and the poker geniuses of this world will be benefiting also.

    Tell me about it.:(
I had marked it as one to note on better ground after the Paddy Power, but finally convinced myself it wouldn’t stay 4m.
Should’ve known better, particularly given his connections.

On a side note, did anyone else notice how Jimbo kept banging on about the ground being much softer on the New course???
After the first race, it was obvious that wasn’t the case, yet all afternoon he continued to mislead CH4 punters.
Prefer my ‘gurus’ with a little more savvy, personally.

Do you reckon we should be happy Reet that we had noted the horse down as one to follow? ie can we cliam a sort of moral victory? Its performance last time put me off and I also thought it was a strange race to go for.

Lee what website will you be frequenting (hope that didn’t sound too bad!)

i backed Material World because I saw the form in the paper and it reminded me of the bloke off of at the races that said it was a real battler. I thought if i have a bet at least ill get my moneys worth, as it happened i was pleased the way it ran and i doubled my money :D

One that you probably still can’t mate but having doubts now as to my ability to see and stay upright so may give it a miss anyhow

I’m back at Cheltenham tomorrow to try and recreate my luck of Wednesday. Have less idea who I’m backing although there is an e/w bet I’ll be placing in the Brit Insurance’s race (no prizes for guessing who!!).
