Apart from posting on a forum what other voice does the punter have?
Dave surely you are aware that Morag Gray and Jim McGrath were Independent Director appointments to BHA to somehow represent, amongst other things, the levy funding punter’s interest?
"Paul Roy said: “Morag and Jim are both renowned as individuals of strong conviction, and will bring vision, creativity and fresh ideas to the BHA Board. They have good track records of running successful businesses, and have a breadth of experience at the sharp end of the sport. Their independence of thought will be a tremendous asset to BHA, and I look forward to working with them.â€

May 15, 2008 at 00:40 #163529Here you go, the full list. A prize goes to anyone who can spot someone who has implemented field size limits (not safety-based) below 16 runners in recent years – you won’t have to look too hard. Didn’t Paul from the BHA say that they didn’t make decisions pertaining to field size limits? That either means he’s ignorant of who’s on his own board or…well I won’t spell it out.

No chance they both did the honourable thing and resigned!
