Hoping for a run for my money from Tiger Roll, and like the look of Beware The Bear & Kerrow as well.
You and me both pal! GE says we will know after a few fences what mood he is in, il take that
March 14, 2017 at 09:23 #1291819Beware The Bear looks rock solid here with A Genie In Abottle as the danger. Arpege D’Alene lacks fluency and I don’t share the trainer’s optimism. I am sceptical re Edwulf. Flintham (hard to make all) and Bigbadjohn knocked seven bells of hell out of each other 24 days ago. Champers On Ice may have a squeak if his jumping holds up.
March 14, 2017 at 10:38 #1291836Like GM and LS, I like A Genie In ABottle and Beware The Bear.
I’ve backed AGIAB @ 11/2 for the win, imo stand out value even if taking a chance it’s a test of stamina he needs and not the soft.
With savers on AGIAB on the place market and BTB on the win. BTB isn’t as sure to stay, but more likely than Edwulf. Champers On Ice has had a wind op, but jumping doesn’t look good enough. Arpege Dalene dodgepot.Value Is EverythingMarch 14, 2017 at 10:51 #1291843BEWARE THE BEAR with the added assistance of Sam Waley-Cohen on board
looks to good to miss at 8/1.March 14, 2017 at 17:19 #1291974Well done VTC! Don’t celebrate too much, still 3 days to go
March 14, 2017 at 17:32 #1291987Thanks Lee, but too late…………..I went berserk lol
Good job I’m playing football tonight or I’d be getting hammered.
March 14, 2017 at 18:09 #1291995VTC – Bryan Cooper tipped up Tiger Roll for the National Hunt Chase on the FFP yesterday. Thought you may be interested having backed him – I certainly was given I followed suit! https://soundcloud.com/emmet-kennedy – latest podcast, from 57.55. ‘I tell you who could run in it, and you might laugh at me, is Tiger Roll’
Boooooom!!!! Saved the days, 30’s and all
March 14, 2017 at 18:31 #1292015Brilliant Charlie, well done, chuffed to bits

We did well mate. Travelled well, great to watch, roll on tomorrow.
March 14, 2017 at 19:15 #1292035Top stuff again Bobby!!!
And well done Charlie too!!Champers jumped like a three legged dog!! Shocking run!!
March 14, 2017 at 20:08 #1292057Well done TR supporters – Bobby’s a long time fan.
Some performance having made a couple of mistakes, one of which nearly fired the girl from the saddle – fair play to her.

Delighted VTC, admit I couldn’t have him at all; totally exposed, inconsistent, but shows what do I know
March 14, 2017 at 22:49 #1292108What a shout from Bobby. Tiger f***ing Roll. Well played, my friend.
Though I was happy to see VTC have a great winner, I was a little depressed by the result. Tiger Roll can be a bit of a law unto himself and could go either way from this success. One way or another, the sexy ones with potential to do better in future all ran discouraging races.
Champers On Ice jumped like a hippo and seems to be losing interest in the game, Bigbadjohn was friendless in the betting and might be yet another horse to add to the Rebecca Curtis scrapheap and my potential 2018 Gold Cup outsider Edwulf suffered some sort of freak career-ending (?) seizure after the last. FFS.
Competition for the lead worked against Beware The Bear, who palpably sulked under hold-up tactics. He’s still one to be interested in granted an easy time up front.
To compound my frustration, my juicy ante-post e/w on A Genie In Abottle missed the places by one. Jamie Codd did his best to nurse the horse into it, but he steadily lost his place after jumping away prominently and never looked especially happy.
March 15, 2017 at 00:58 #1292155Thanks everyone, absolutely delighted with him, and the second time this year that Lisa O’Neil has won me a fair few quid. By god he’s tiny, and he did clout a few, but she was great with him, and the pair of them looked the winner for a fair part of the race….couldn’t have went better.
March 15, 2017 at 01:02 #1292156VtC, gotta thank you because I was clawing around for a 2nd runner in this, and then I remembered what a great judge you are and you put up Tiger Roll. It won me a bundle. You’re a judge.
March 15, 2017 at 11:26 #1292248Brilliant Zark, thanks for that, and glad he got you a right few quid. His Munster National win made my Top 3 Performances of the season, and I really was chuffed to bits with him.
March 15, 2017 at 12:50 #1292265I’d love to know the other 2!
