Agree with you Lemons on Go Conquer i like him to

I was going to wait until Friday Darren for the decs, but there was not a lot of 12-1 left, and I have bet him each way

Second and last bet for this years national

Measureofmydreams £100ew 66/1 NRNB with skybet

    Reasons for my fancy-

Previous Strong Irish form beating noble endeavour and 1 length down when Black hurclues fell at the last.

Ran a good third in the four miler beating Vieux Lion Rouge (current 10 fav) and 6 length s behind this year gold cup 2nd and third at Cheltenham.

Noel Meade horses are running reasonably well.

Ultima was a good prep run, he ran on when he was being ridden and then faded. Needed the run

Has nearly bottom weight and a nine year old.

66/1 is to big and I think there is more to come. Jumping is a concern but National is a lottery and anything might happen.

So my two for this year against the field:

Measure of my dreams 66/1 ew NRNB
    Ballynagour 66/1 ew NRNB

    Happy punting :good: :good: :good:

Good luck with MOMD atthepost. I bet him at New Year, and I am kicking myself as I only got 40-1 though to be fair I did go off of him after his Thyestes run.

I was going to put some more on st 66-1, but I have decided that I will probably put my next bet on another of the gigginstown runners, and I will go with Rogue Angel at 33-1 NRNB.

Go Conquer at 12-1 for The Topham, and it will be each way.

I will have to do a total soon and will get round to it before The Grand National meeting

    2 bets today

Theatre Territory at 14-1 each way, and Big River at 4-1 win

I was very impressed with Go Conquer at Cheltenham and he is the one I am most interested in at the moment. He is quite low st 14-1 and I think I will hold off though until at least the five day declarations. He is blue on oddschecker but I hope he does not go dramatically lower.

I think The Crafty Butcher has a chance as well, and i thought he would be favourite, but you can get 16-1

I have had a losing week for sure, but I would not swap this week for anything.

The normal stake for me and these will all be wins.

    Ivanovitch Gorbatov 11-1
    Outlander 10-1
    Sizing John 10-1

I am sorry for posting when the prices have shortened

Not to be yesterday for me, but it was fun in the build up. In reality, he should never have been the favourite. I only went with him after the thread on here which was sadly deleted, the one where people were putting up special bets, and there was a guy on there saying the Mullins favs would not be going. I had a go but I suppose if you had said to Me preseason I would have bet Yanworth for the champion I would have laughed. That is my punishment for guessing as that is just what I did with Yanworth :negative:

Alpha DES Obeaux today to win today at 6-1

I will definitely have one selection per day this week, and it will be Yanworth to win at 11-4

I am on him to win a lot of money antepost, well over four figures so wish me luck guys. I was not going to mention it in case I got a few accusations but I am very excited and I hope I have not put a curse on myself. He will be my biggest ever winner on the horses

    Mares Hurdle
    Lifeboat Mona 20-1

    Champion Chase
    Traffic Fluide 33-1

    Triumph Hurdle
    Defi Du Seuil 14-1
    Soldier In Action 33-1

    Gold Cup
    Blaklion 33-1 and 150-1

    To win any race
    Battleford 10-1

I am happy to put a line through Traffic Fluide and Soldier in Action, but as it is getting closer now I will definitely use the NRNB which I find invaluable

It looks like I am out of luck with Blaklion for The Gold Cup, but I will add two with non runner-no bet.

    Don Poli 25-1
    Bristol De Mai 25-1

    My other bet also NRNB

    stayers Zarkander 20-1 each way

Doesn’t look like both Vtc after trainer update on Thursday. I have no complaints after Haydock and maybe the sensible decision to go straight to Aintree.

Talking of Aintree, my bet today will be The Last Samuri at 5-1, and it will be for the win.

Well all 3 of mine stand their ground but not quite as happy as I was.

I’ve went off Measureofmydreams, and wish I was with Rogue Angel or Thunder and Roses in the Gigginstown colours, but stuck with Momd for now.

Thunder and Roses impressed me on Saturday, and I wouldn’t rule out a few pounds on him in the near future.

I’m really hoping that this Saturday O’Faolains Boy can show he’s came on a ton for his comeback run.

It is a shame, but no great surprise that they will not be going. I cannot find it anywhere, I am sure it was on here last year and not Betfair, but there was a thread for special or novelty bets for Cheltenham. It was not the Cheltenham bets thread. I am sure somebody put up a bet that none of the Mullins/Ricci hotpots would win and the guy had very decent odds, and he even speculated that none of them would make it to the festival at allhe seemed very confident. I seem to remember he was adamant Senewalk was very average as well.

I remember the thread Lemons, it was up around August, September last year, as the jumpers were heading back out. I put up a few of my “Big Race Doubles” on it, and a few suggestions to “win any race at the festival” bets. I think Rocky91 posted a couple on it as well.

I can’t for the life of me remember who it was, but when he spoke of the Ricci/Mullins horse not going, he spoke with an air of authority. I’m not sure he had actually put the bet on, but was rather trying to shop around to get a price on it, with not much luck.

Unfortunately the thread was deleted, as there were a few comments on it which were getting out of hand. It was around the time Goreisking was “making a name for himself” on here, and it was a poster of a similar ilk who was causing the bother, though definitely not Gore himself.

I know that it does not make much sense, with Limini not actually getting an entry for The Champion Hurdle but I am sure he gave her a very positive review and promised big things
