Legacy Cup, Pivoine, 10-1 each way 3 places with Bet365
Sun Chariot, Billesdon Brook, 25-1 each way with various firms
This is a very interesting running of this.
I might stretch to 2 here, with Soldiers Call 7-1, and So Pefect 11-1.
If I had been on Nathan, I would have definitely joined you in taking him in Pats comp.
Good luck with him today.
I’ll throw a few pounds the way of Salouen at 14-1, although I think he might just come up short, I do think that he could make the frame.
The pessimist in me wants to dwell on what has to be one of the worst runnings ever of this, but what an incredibly likeable horse. It was a smashing performance, and a pleasure to watch.
I was so pleased to be at York to see that from Mums Tipple, one of the best performances I’ve seen in a long time.
It’s hard to call right now, and second guessing the two year olds can make you look foolish, but I feel that it might be an above average crop this year.
Numen is the one who I’m looking forward to from your list, while now that the penny appears to have dropped with Lope Y Fernandez, he should be firmly in the picture.
It’s clearly a bit of a guessing game with any 2 year old, never mind the huge number of O’Brien horses you have to plough through, but it’s that time of year where you hope to see something special.
I remember being really taken with Confiding last year before The Solario, he looked outstanding in The Paddock.
He couldn’t quite live with Too Darn Hot, but he was s horse I was looking forward to seeing back out, but I just assumed that he hadn’t really trained on.
I wouldn’t have a clue if he was going here, but it’s intriguing to see him in here, and he’s an interesting one for me at 25-1.
I’ve had to go with Shine So Bright here at 50-1 ew.
I know that she will have other obvious targets, but maybe a good run at Haydock will lead to a crack at this.
Although I’m happy enough with my Tin Man bet, I think that I can stretch to two, and I have also bet Shine So Bright at 14-1.
It was a great meeting Nathan, but I don’t think it was quite the best yet.
I can’t add more than Kev has already said, I was there on the Wednesday and Thursday, and the atmosphere was incredible, though it usually is.
Whether it was the best meeting or not, it doesn’t matter, I’m looking forward to next year.September 1, 2019 at 19:11 in reply to: 2019-20 Ante Post Comp – Selections From 24 June Onwards #1452583
Irish Champion Stakes, Japan 9-4 win with various firms.
Sprint Cup, Shine So Bright 14-1 ew with various firms.
Champions Sprint, Shine So Bright, 50-1 ew with Unibet.
You’ve won that by the proverbial country mile Wyldesyde, what a great performance. Well done.
Thank you Nathan once again for your sterling effort.
I took the 20-1 with Mekong, but I will definitely add some more with 8 places.
I’ve also did the same with Wells Farrh Go to a lesser amount at 14-1.
