I can’t believe all this talk of k.star being this super horse one only has to look what he beat. I was dissapointed he beat an improving handicapper by 8l and a non stayer at 3miles in Racing Demon. The horse won the Winter speed championship not the bloody staying championship, this is held at cheltenham in mid march ya know the race won by horses such as BEST MAITE (more than once) Dessie, and last year the irish beast W.O.A.<br> Should anybody be considering backing THE STAR what do you think of the statement of the connection’s?<br> I thought the connections stated the king george was his ideal race, track,ground. was ruby walsh dissapointed that the horse didnt beat the others by a wider margin as a super horse would be entitled to ? Now we are led to believe he will be better going left handed, good! The gold cup is going to be run left handed only this time he may face a field of double figure runners on the most undaulting track in the country add to that classier more proven horses and ultra stiff fences, i think as soon as he sees the course the horse will be having an instant flash back to last marchs fall (thank goodness he got up of the floor).<br> I would love to see the horse win the Gold cup only so people cant say in years "Ah, kauto star, the best horse never to have won a gold cup" also because we need a star and a true star. At the moment he is the winter speed championship holder and he deserves that accolade but not the best super horse ever thats a crazy accolade at this moment. END OF
<br> On the subject of fiddling jockeys a quote from an unnamed jockey in the book by sidney harris THE ESSENTIAL GUIDE TO PICKING WINNERS….." IF YOU WANT TO GET A HORSE STUFFED,DO ALL THE STUFFING EARLY ON IN THE RACE-THEN GIVE IT THE BIG FINISH" this advice was to up and coming jockeys!!!!! GREAT,EH ??<br> I found it interesting to see the jockey D.McKEOWN mentioned earlier on in the thread, i wont back any of this so called jockey’s rides regardless. The word CHEAT, springs to mind (strong claim i know).<br> <br>
<br> I tend to agree with the above, if any horse should be able to threaten the so called "cert" its the DEMON. its his style of racing that does it for me, the way the horse chomps away with the low head carriage. The DEMON oozes class, ok, so does kauto Star but i think the fav can be beaten on the grounds of he beat naff all over 3 mles at Haydock and the recent form of Mr.Nicholls hardly breads confidence. <br> I may be wrong, but then again, i may be right.<br> So my stake is going for the win on RACING DEMON the 2006 KING GEORGE WINNER.

THE NUMBER 2)) I CONSIDER MY SELF A BIT OF AN IDIOT BUT I HAD THE BALLS TO OPEN MYSELF UP TO BE SHOT AT BY POSTING MY OWN CODE BREAKERS FOR TODAY. I THINK IF YOU WAS A MAN YOU WOULD DO THE SAME.
